Super fun activity to do with friends! The crew was awesome. It's BYOB, they have coolers set up by the pedal seats. Recommend bringing more ice. You can play music/share the playlist with others on board. We ended up making friends with the other people on board, everyone was so friendly!

I just started and I love it! The trainers and facility are awesome. You get an incredible work out in under an hour. The trainers help and encourage everyone throughout the workout, you're never left feeling like you're left out. I felt welcomed right away. Can't wait to get back in shape with f45!
