A nice little hidden gem in Alexandria containing a rich history with amazing and well detailed, original and replica, artifacts; all in great condition. The curator or meseum guide was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, as well as informative about other historic and worthwhile nearby museums and exhibits.

There is a whole lot to see in this little building! Definitely check it out while in Alexandria.

They also have cute little fun things for children so definitely bring along your child/children especially if they are into firefighters, firehouse, firefighter gear.

A hidden gem that everyone should check out. Great for kids, family, jogging and bike trails, scenic views and you can have a little picnic on its grounds. Some people go fishing there as well and a huge dog park. Great place to enjoy during the summer. The DC, Maryland, and Virginia boundary is also right there!
