I'm nostalgic of the old mall: the overpriced fruit store, the library, the Safeway, the theatre, the fish market, the kids play area, the Zellers (later the Bay), the food court, and everything there. I spent so much of my life here. However, it was an 80s / 90s mall and it was getting very old, and we also need housing supply, so I can totally understand the transit-oriented redevelopment.
