My sister and I went to visit this hotel to recall some of the memories we had with our parents. At the entrance, we have been told to buy a ticket to visit the hotel and use the ticket as a voucher to spend inside. We got to the little cafe by the reception to redeem our vouchers to get a coffee. One of the staff approached us to get our order, at the beginning she was so welcoming and nice but as soon as we show our vouchers and she noticed we are visitors, she treated us badly, she left us there with no menu and came back after 10 minutes so disrespectfully with a bad attitude to take our order. She ruined our visit and ruined all our memories of this place. I asked her if I could complain about the service we got today but again she ignored us. So disappointed with all the service we got. Won't recommend this place. This is such an amazing place but running so badly with inexperienced and rude staff. Please learn first how to treat your customers, this is very sad!
