I was here as part of DC Startup Week. It's a nice open space, definitely built for flexibility. I liked the openness and airiness as well. The larger rooms had their own kitchens.

Green lot seems to be the locator for RISE Demonstration Center in Southeast. Very nice space, lots of parking (lol), easily accessible by Metro.

Very nice co-working space. Good staff, shared spaces are pretty airy. I was there for an event so I'm not sure what it's like on a daily basid

Beautiful location for a meeting or celebration. The river and island views are spectacular

My first visit there in a while. It's very near the Convention Center. Lots of good restaurants and a Giant nearby. Michael Crossett is a wonderful DC painter.
