Nopales con costillas de puerco (cuctus with pork riblets)were delicious. Rice was fluffing and had a good flavor. Agua de pepino was perfectly sweet and refreshing. The chile relleno was a bit too greasy. I would suggest trying the tamale (of corn) de elote. I bought it unheated to steam at home.

It is an active space. The lower section closest to city hall is very sad. The grass was dry, but most of it was gone.
In the section next to the courts, there was an event of a movie being played.
The section closest to the music center had the "altars" for (día de los muertos) day of the dead. The top tier fountain was under repair.
