A beautiful museum in the La Latina district of Madrid which focuses on the local history (prehistoric and medieval) of the city. This is definitely a must if you want to visit a not so touristy museum.

It's also FREE.

Pro tip: there are tons of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity so check out the museum prior to a drink and bite. 😊

Had a nice lunch at Playwright Tavern today! The food was really enjoyable, especially the Thai chicken salad, which was flavorful and well-prepared. The venue is very spacious with plenty of TV screens, perfect for catching a game. The bartender was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. It's a solid choice for anyone in the area looking for a drink or meal in the Times Square area.

Botte UES offers the same high quality service as its Astoria location only with more space and a bigger bar!

The staff at Botte UES were very friendly and attentive. The drinks and food were also amazing. It was nice to not need a reservation on a Thursday night but I do recommend making one just in case.

Pro-tip: The dessert portions are big enough to share. 🎂

I had a fantastic early dinner here with friends a couple of nights before Christmas. We got here around 5:30pm and the restaurant was not packed (as expected). From my understanding the Pomeroy gets extremely busy so we were pretty lucky with the zero wait.

If it's your first time here, definitely try the mac and cheese and short rib tacos!

I'll definitely return and try some of their other items on the menu.

An Astoria favorite the Ditty did not disappoint. It can get very busy and crowded here but that just speaks to the great vibe, service, and DJ!

My friends and I came the night before Christmas Eve so it wasn't too busy which is actually what we were hoping for. We got a nice booth towards the back and had a fantastic time.

Bonus points for the fantastic Christmas decorations!! 🎄
