One of staff who helped ticketing was very rude and gave us wrong information and blamed on us. English tour was supposed to 14:30 and got confirmed. However, after we finished the museum, we asked him again where is the meeing spot for tour. He was showing his attitude towards us and replied ‘I told both of you 5 minutes prior to the tour, now you guys missed’ Also he was keeping using the phone and ignore us while we had a conversation.
