I had a visa appointment at this Consulate. Was greeted by a polite security person. I arrived on time for my appointment as stated in the email. The consulate doesn’t have parking but there are plenty of parking options in the area.
My appointment went as per schedule. The staff who showed me in for my appointment was friendly.
Special mention of the lovely gentleman at counter number 9 (sorry I forgot to ask his name) he is a gem of a person. Helped me even when I forgot a document. We had a little chat about how beautiful Romnia as a country is and he even gave me some travel ideas next time I am there.
Overall had a pleasant experience.

The hippodrome is an unassuming monument at first glance especially because it’s surrounded by the imposing architectural structures like the Hagia Sofia and the blue mosque. But when you read the history about the Obelisk you would be astonished. It was one of my favourite places in Istanbul and I had the pleasure of being there early in the morning before the crowds started coming in. Throughly enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend going there as early as possible. Besides the monument it’s also a great place to unwind and relax during the day. It has amenities like ATMs and Toilets. There are some shops selling food and drinks.

Very big airport which is understandable that it’s in the capital of Ireland. The staff is friendly and the passenger flow is well managed. The airport feels relatively empty in terms of shops which maybe because of its size. There are all the basic facilities but parts of the airport can be upgraded considering that it’s the main airport of the country. The seating is very basic and there need to more charging facilities for certain.
