Beautiful shopping mall in Beirut. I love this shopping arcade. Very clean. Amazing architecture indoors and has a great platform of different nice fashion shops and restaurants. Many interesting shops here, with many restaurants and a game spot for kids. Nice decorations inside and friendly staff.

I am giving you 1 star because I was very disappointed by your employee (her photo added to the review), the worst customer treatment I have seen in my entire life. I was waiting in the queue to pay for 15 minutes , the employee was a blond lady ( photo attached) she saw me waiting and then when my turn arrive she told me I am closing the counter just go to another counter, I explained that I was waiting from almost 20 minutes, you can let me pass and then close she was very Rude and replied NO, all my stuff was already in the belt , she said I don’t care you take it off and go wait again in another counter. I escalated this to the manager there but nothing happened. The manager told me that she is replacing someone and she is new. I am sad to give you this bad review but didn’t find another way. Hope you HR department will study well the profile before hiring people specially those who have to deal with customers.

Hygiène douteuse. Personnel absent ou indifférent voire désagréable sauf exception. En gros rien ne va. Mais surtout, pour quelqu'un qui connaît l'endroit, produits chères, vous vendez la marque Netto plus chère qu’en France et Allemagne !!
