My brother send me something from india but when I reached there they told me that one thing is not allowed.
That thing was so important for me and even that parcel had every documents inside it.
But when I told them that this thing is very important and if you want then I can share anything u want from my side but they just deny it and told me that they can't do anything about My problem.
Then I told them just let me talk to that person who is not allowing this thing but they just told me that we can't give you that thing that's it.
They don't even listen to my problem properly. They just said "khallass".
This is not the proper way to handle anyone. If I'm saying anything u should listen that first properly after that you can come on conclusion. But it was very bad experience for me because I'm here on tourist purpose but the way they treat me it was not appropriate.

I had a bad experience with empst. I was supposed to receive my parcel on 3rd Sept but they did not call me or try to contact me. When I called them csr said they called me but no1 answered which was a lie. Then they told they will deliver on 7th but nobody contacted again and I had to call again, the csr told I will receive on 8th but the delivery person told he will come on 9th morning. I waited whole morning and they came in the afternoon. Such a drag!!!

My deliver was expected on monday but when i call they told me tomorrow we schedule but when on Tuesday waiting all day again told me for tomorrow (Wednesday) you will get the same story everyday and its now friday still not received

Bus and drivinh is ok, don't expect much. But delay in crossing border was too hectic. Unwanted delays, especially when returned from Salalah. So chose if too much patience.

Very Bad service and the way delivery personal treated me. Haven’t received my delivery on time and they kept saying that they will not deliver it to on given location
The staff at the Post-office are very cooperative and friendly to assist the public. If the Management could do a study on the existing procedures, I am sure they would be able to identify at least certain areas where they could use modern machines such as X-Ray machines and so on, to get a faster turn out. Overall I am impressed by the staff's friendly dealing with the clients.

Their employees sound like they sleep from morning till evening. And for 1 enquiry they have taken more than 24 hours to respond on a weekday..
Try to avoid this delivery company , they didn’t deliver my order on time and even after keeping my order for days , they promised to deliver it from 9am to 12pm and I didn’t receive anything even after 12 pm !!!!

I visited this place recently to collect emirates ids. Usually crowded in the evenings. But they are very systematic and efficient in handling large crowd. The working time is from 8am to 8pm. They have enough parking space available inside the premises.
We can also apply international driving licence from this place. This central post offce is one of the oldest land mark in the area. Easy access from Abu Shagara, Bu Daniq, Gold souq, Jubail Bus Station and Rolla area. Since it is located on one side of the roundabout, we can access from 5 different routes.

It was a nice place for Nigerians to make payment for their passport and for foreigners to book their visa and other related services.
They will issue ticket and at the last moment they will tell, no place. Never trust these people.

It was very easy to locate, and my aim of going there was achieved at ease.
Very careless either by phoning or the way of delivery.. they did not respond or respect the time the insurance of passport took one day empost delivery 6 days is this a service? Where is the delivery that happiness which they always took about ?
I have traveled by bus from Dubai to Muscat. The driver was an omani native and he was very friendly. I tried to sleep, but could not even it was a push back seat. They do not provide the blankets and pillows that are normally available on long service. Not even water was provided. Because of covid 19, their capacity was reduced to 25 pax and the charge was 100 dirhams.
At least provide good internal condition bus for dubai to salalah route. There is no foot rest, small seats, no food stand etc

Extremely poor. I sent the parcel to the India by paying the full amount for the parcel. while receiving the parcel in India, we are asked to pay the same amount again to receive the item. Better I should have sent the parcel through the private couriers.
I have been trying to get a quotation from them and their GM sent me one email asking for details, which I answered in writing right away! It has been almost 3 weeks and a couple of reminders later that I decided to post this poor review! Why they never answered, I don't know! Maybe they didn't like the business I could've thrown their way. The audacity and arrogance!
Nice and beautiful place
Yesterday, I received a letter sent to me by CBI last year (January 2020). The Bank wrote that my account was going to be closed on February 2020. I am glad that I had received an email from CBI about 450 days earlier, so I could travel to UAE to visit the branch and close my account. But it could have been a big issue if gmail did not exist by then. I am going to frame this letter as a good memory.

Free Parking for customers is available inside the premises itself, this makes visit more comfortable and hassle free , parking is huge enough that you will find a spot, it is mentioned half an hour parking for customers and I don’t think anyone will take more time than that here to compete something.
Photocopy facilities are available inside, token system is there, toilet facilities available and an ADIB atm was also seen in the parking lot just outside building exit.
