Reviews
It's a decent store but they have to improve their shelves arrangement as people get confused. A shelf will say 40% off, people pick them as I saw many people on the counter while waiting in the line. They picked up stuff from those shelves thinking there's an off on it while there was no discount and it was a waste of time. Overall the store is stocked, and customer service is good
I recently had a great experience at the store, thanks to Moez and Suffian. Their exceptional service and product knowledge made our shopping smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to assist my family, providing valuable insights and ensuring we found exactly what we needed. Their friendly and professional demeanor truly enhanced our shopping experience. Kudos to Moez and Suffian for their outstanding customer service!
Extremely rude customer service! We wanted to return a dress, she ignored us for a few minutes, took her time. Then refused to accept the return and accused us of wearing the dress. She said this is not in the selling condition. Rude and unprofessional.
Nice place
Discovered that Bikini Village carried a men’s line - found everything I was seeking, especially the brands I wear before my trip. Met both owners during my stay, received top notch treatment and then they went above & beyond. Just found my go to shop for my summer/travel needs. Seriously, thank you again ladies.
I walked in as I have an upcoming trip to the Caribbean and the one staff member did not acknowledge me once! I was there for several minutes seeing if I like anything to try on. I never received a 'hello' or even eye contact. In fact I had to apologize for being in her way as she restocked an item. I was the ONLY person in the store!!! So, needless to say, I have chosen to spend my money elsewhere.
i wish i can give no star at all. worst customer service ever. no respect at all. the judge so much by appearence. they ignore their customers and act as if they are doing a favour for letting a customer in and buying from them. i was pushed away from the cashir so fast cuz their eyes were on this man who was buying something. my dress was not folded properly and put in the bag. they just left the bag on the tabel and couldnt wait to help the man behind me. they were so damn desperate for the man. the emplyees were giving me just looks when i was looking around, as if i was a beggar, who cant afford. i really did regret it later when i bought something. i wish i didnt. i wish the employees manners were as high as their prices. hate the brand now cuz of their poor customer service.
Normally I don't go out of my way to review retail stores, but I had to make an exception because of the wonderful customer service I received from the staff today, especially Harkirat who never hesitated to help me out through my shopping experience. Absolutely incredible store with incredible products and even better staff. Glad to say that I plan on shopping there again!
Laura the manager was fantastic! My husband & I were in this afternoon to buy jeans and she was very helpful and always around to help us out with sizes. She was the best! Great service!
Aaliya was an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond with her services. she stood out to me and was the most helpful - esp because the two other women working there were lazy and mad rude.

Expensive place, but we found what we were looking for and the staff was helpful and nice
The store is a pot bigger than I expected, which is nice. I'm not sure what it was, but when I walked in, the woman who was working at the front of the store, anytime I seen her looking at me, she looks disgusted and would avoid be close me. Unfortunately, she was the only available sales associate to ask for help, but I couldn't bother with her.
This location has the best service in the area. I think they welcome every single person as they enter the store and someone was always offering to help at every turn. It felt genuine and not driven by commission incentives. I will always return to this location and also found my prefect pair of jean shorts that I'd been hunting for years for.

Had a great experience at the store doing a return then picking out some new items. The whole team was great from the manager to the person checking us out at the till. Gold standard for customer service.
The variety is ok but the dressing rooms are terrible.dirty and full of dust with hairs.looks like the do cleaning once a year

I went to buy presents for my friends and I asked them to put them in separate bags but they didn’t and said that they don’t have enough bags. I told my friends to come in and buy it separately but the worker didn’t care and called the manager. They had no respect and were rude to their costumers bad customer service,.
Terrible customer service, chatted to each other the entire time and made me very uncomfortable. Paid 220 dollars for a bathing suit just to have the ladies at the desk make unnecessary faces at me while checking out. Youre gonna get scammed if you go in here and feel terrible about yourself on the way out. Do not recommend.

Opening hours on the website are not accurate! I drove kilometres to come here and there was a notice saying that exceptionally for that day they would open an hour later. They should update their website for this type of “exceptions” as people make plans trusting on the info posted on the websites!
