Mixed Experience at Peller Estates: Great Reception, Disappointing Service

During our recent visit to Peller Estates, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Peter at the reception. His professionalism and welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for our experience.

Upon entering, we opted for a Pinot Noir wine, which was delightful. However, our satisfaction took a hit due to the disappointing attitude and careless service of the tasting attendant. This individual, characterized by a blonde hair and an indifferent demeanor, not only exhibited an unwelcoming attitude but also served us in disgustingly dirty glasses.

When we raised our concerns about the cleanliness of the glasses, we were informed that it was a recurring issue due to problems with the dishwasher. This explanation was unsatisfactory, highlighting a lack of attention to detail and hygiene standards.

To rectify the situation, we sought assistance from another staff member, who promptly provided us with clean glasses. This intervention salvaged our experience to some extent, but the initial encounter had already left a negative impression.

As a customer seeking not only quality products but also exemplary service, the disparity between the warm reception from Mr. Peter and the arrogance displayed by the tasting attendant was stark. This experience has caused us to reconsider signing a membership with Peller Estates, especially given our role in sourcing wines for corporate client meetings.

Peller Estates must prioritize staff training and performance to ensure consistency in customer service standards. The quality of service plays a significant role in shaping the overall experience, and improvements in this area are crucial for maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Amazing experience! My boyfriend and I did a wine tasting in the Estate Room we had the pleasure of meeting Gaurang who was so knowledgeable! Beautiful building, great wines and service.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a wine tour at Peller's, and it was an absolute delight! Chelsea, our tour guide, was not only informative but also hilarious, making the tour both educational and entertaining. The highlight for me was the ice room, a unique addition to the ice wine tour that added a cool (literally!) touch to the experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and memorable winery visit. Thank you for a fantastic time!

Diana made our wine tasting experience top notch! She was personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We left with more bottles than anticipated because she quickly discerned our wine preferences. Nothing but great things to say about the wine, facilities, service, and staff- we will most certainly be back in the future!

Had an amazing visit to this winery. The reasonably priced tour, which included a few glasses of wine, was informative and interesting. The variety of wines available for purchase was impressive, and the customer service was both friendly and welcoming. A fantastic wine experience!

This was my first real winery experience, and it didn't disappoint!! The tour is more than reasonably priced, especially considering you get a delicious sparkling wine to take with you for the tour and then a flight of 4 wine samples of your choosing. The tour guide was absolutely lovely!!!! Patient, knowledgeable and most of all a very simple, kind, down to earth person.
The wine was delicious. The grounds are pretty. The tour is informative without being too long.

Quelle belle journée au vignoble de Manon et Fernand et leur historique de passionnés touchante. De délicieux vins pour couronner le tout, je recommande fortement une visite et nous sommes repartis avec 2 bouteilles chacune!

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de visiter le Vignoble et domaine Beauchemin et je dois dire que mon expérience a été absolument remarquable. Niché au cœur d'un paysage pittoresque, ce domaine viticole est un véritable bijou qui ravira les amateurs de vin et de nature.

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par l'équipe passionnée du Vignoble et domaine Beauchemin. Le personnel était très compétent et se faisait un plaisir de partager leurs connaissances sur les cépages locaux et le processus de vinification. Leur amour pour leur métier transparaissait dans chaque détail, ce qui rendait la visite encore plus enrichissante.

La dégustation de vins a été un véritable délice pour les papilles. Les vins produits par le Vignoble et domaine Beauchemin sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Chaque gorgée révélait des saveurs subtiles et complexes, témoignant du savoir-faire et de l'attention portée à chaque étape de la production.

Pour couronner le tout, le Vignoble et domaine Beauchemin propose une boutique où l'on peut acheter leurs vins ainsi que d'autres produits locaux de qualité.

Je recommande vivement de visiter ce vignoble et j'ai hâte d'y retourner moi-même pour découvrir de nouvelles cuvées et me laisser enchanter une fois de plus par cet endroit magique.

Very peaceful and nice winery. The wine tasting menu is 15$ for 6 different wines. Basically most of the collection from this winery.
The staffs are friendly. Although they don’t have cheese board, you can buy the local products here and enjoy with the wine tasting .

De tous les vignobles que nous avons visités, celui-ci fut notre coup de coeur. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, drôles et accueillants. La visite guidée nous renseigne sur tout le processus de fabrication des vins ainsi que la culture des vignes. La dégustation des vins et du porto a été généreuse et les produits sont exceptionnels et de qualité.

Most amazing wedding venue!!! The service and food was spectacular. Very cozy and elegant reception hall! The outdoors and the patio were absolutely stunning! Could not recommend this venue more!

What a fantastic place. I'm quite a wine lover and I never say no to discover and taste new wines. So trying cepages I didn't know is great.
The place also has a restaurant and a gin bar so there's something for everyone.

It is not open to the public.

Went there as apart of my bachlorette trip and it was absolute perfection. Definitely on our list for another day!

I booked a wine tour for my friend's event, and the process was so easy. I messaged directly with Catherine and she was very kind and responsive. Though I personally could not attend the winery at the time, I saw many photos and videos of the girls enjoying their time at the winery, and it looked absolutely beautiful! As soon as I can make the trip to Creemore, I will definitely be visiting the winery!

Great place for a girl's trip! Second time visiting this beautiful winery. Amazing, friendly people even if they are swamped. Really peaceful place. Wines are good too. Best part, we can walk around the property sipping on the wine bought at the shop. Must visit!

Amazing service from beginning to end. I had my wedding scheduled for June 5th, however unfortunately had to cancel due to Covid-19 but the venue had no problem refunding. Celine was amazing, quick to respond to emails, super helpful and kind. Not to mention, the food at the caterers was insanely delicious. Extremely sad that our wedding had to get cancelled, however would recommend this venue to anyone. Its beautiful, surrounded by lots of greenery. Small, however perfect for our amount of guests. Thank you Chateau Taillefer Lafon for your great service!

Great wine tasting experience with Fredric (owner). They make great wines. Their Ice wine is world class. Very beautiful deck where you can enjoy a glass of wine with light food. I would highly recommend visiting this vineyard. Just 15 mins off highway halfway between Quebec city and Montreal. Must go.

Great winery and super nice people.

What a spectacular venue, absolutely stunning. We had our engagement party of 60 guests at this location. It was absolutely beautiful, very intimate, isolated, and enchanting. Its surrounded by greenery all around so its the perfect location for a photoshoot! The hosts are super friendly, understanding, and accommodating. I would have given it 5 stars if it werent for the air conditioning system that failed us the night of our engagement. It was extremely hot outside and for some reason, the system was unable to keep up indoors, we were all sweating by 10-11 PM, it was very unbearable. I advise other couples considering this venue to discuss with the hosts means of maintaining the temperature indoors. Otherwise, top notch location!

This is where all the magic happens for the Pelee Island Winery. The Pelee Island Vineyards is where they grow and prepare the grapes to be shipped off the island to the Kingsville winery for processing. They are always hard at work here keeping things running and be sure to wave to the amigos as you drive buy they are some of the most friendly people ever.

Great wine,beautiful atmosphere , amazing experience even with kids.It would be perfect if you can match the wine with some cheese.
