Reviews
Small tapas place with a good atmosphere. The Spanish tortilla was great. The Galician octopus was tender but lacking flavour. Every now and then I had a piece with sea salt and it was flavoursome but otherwise not. The waiter was very helpful and attentive.
Excellent for lunch. The gnocchi with the tomato sauce and basil was delicious. The pea soup was an excellent appetizer. Finished with an espresso. Perfect for a couple of hours and very kind and nice staff. 10/10 would go again!

The food was pretty good, felt like it was a bit blend, especially the pasta. Was very creamy tho.
Loved the salad and above all LOVED the focaccia.

Poor, over salted food and appalling service with prices that are high even for Zurich. An experience not to be repeated.
What a great concept- wonderful, fresh Italian food in 'tapas' style to enable sharing and sampling a variety of dishes. This is a beautifully decorated, welcoming restaurant in the Altstadt section of Zürich. We were lucky enough to have a table out on the street where the atmosphere was buzzing. Inside, the place was nearly full and some music made the ambience typically Italian. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient and explained the menu well. Drinks came promptly and there is an excellent selection. The real star at this restaurant though is the food. Just exceptional- fresh, well cooked and the variety is impressive. No wonder the place is full, even on a Tuesday night. I highly recommend this place for a well priced, tasty, atmospheric meal in Zürich.
Wirklich ein toller Abend im La Esquina. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service top. Ich empfehle alles mögliche zu probieren. Sehr leckere Tapas, aber auch der Flammkuchen zum Sharen ist himmlisch. 100% empfehlenswert!
Das La Esquina Team war die ganze Zeit über gut drauf, mega aufmerksam, herzlich und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, danke dafür! Alle Tapas die wir hatten, waren sehr lecker. Preislich teilweise eher zu hoch. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals vorbeikommen.

Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen ideal für Team-Apéros oder einen schönen Abend mit Freund:innen. Gut gewürzte Tapas und dazu ein kräftiger Rotwein – hier immer ein Genuss.
