Software is not reliable, cutomer service is awful.

Purchased some PC games which didn’t work and asked for a refund but got no reply at all, was forced to get the bank to reclaim my money and instead of communicating with me over the mishap they banned my account. Sad to see how terrible this company has become

Worst customer service ever. Lost 1 game after being forced to update to the EA desktop app and seems I will never get it back

Didn't want their launcher and don't want their ****** app

Just care about money, not the players… and their support is like really bad.

Too greedy. Games without all the in-game purchases could have potential. Gives wrong expectations before releasing a game

I have been a long term customer of Esagu and when a rival company contacted me promising a better, faster more reliable system, I have to admit my head was turned... However after several months of development work and numerous hours of setting up, the so called new more efficient system, it took only a few weeks to realise that I had made a huge mistake. So I called Esagu back and explained what had happened and they were just awesome as always... So now they have a customer for life..! Their Excellent customer service should not be underestimated.. I give them 5 stars..(would be more if I could)...

Produces lootbox games that try to rip you off hundreds of euros and then the game has glitches where opponents just quit and you get the loss. Their support is indian guys who call themself Manfred and reply with generic word salad that has remotely something to do with your problem

Recently experienced a trial with eSagu, whilst we are yet to continue at this time (due to seasons) we are planned to go ahead in the New Year and we're extremely happy with the service received and platform used. I was really interested when Esagu called me, thought I could increase sales for the business...unfortunately it was a waste of time. They have lost me money, and decreased the sale. Do Not recommend, do not waste time or money!

The most expensive repricer tool possible. They Charge for every transaction so do not be fooled into something you can do yourself so keep the money in your pocket .. Our sales improved the day we disconnected the eSagu repricer app from our amazon account We were very loyal to this company and they were very rude and obnoxious when we left.

Also meine Erfahrungen mit dem Unternehmen waren ziemlich desaströs. Habe telefonisch mit ihnen Abstimmungen getroffen, die einen Tag später völlig gegenteilig seitens der Agentur durchgeführt worden sind. Na ja, auch mal eine interessante Erfahrung...

So your probably reading this like i was last year looking for a re-pricing software that actually works and makes you some extra margins and helps you achieve more sales. Correct? Don't look any further trust me this is the best out there.

I am a experienced e-commerce seller who manages multiple sites, I deal with many companies like esagu and most of them are either terrible and very cheap or really good and very expensive.

I found esagu was in the middle, there not the cheapest but there not over priced either.

I've been working with this system for over a year now and i havve never seen it crash or go down and this is important in the e-commerce world. Secondly i've never had any technical faults with the system! don't get me wrong i do have to contact esagu support but that because i have the memory of a gold fish and keep asking the same questions. its never been a technical issue, always something i've forgotten.

Now the staff who i've worked with are just brilliant, emails are actioned within the hour and most the time they phone you to give you a helping hand and even when you don't contact them they call you every now and then to make some recommendations!

Seriously guys, if you looking for a great re-pricer backed by the best customer service i have ever experienced esagu is the company to work with!
