Went here for a small company event with about 30 people. We were seated in the upper area and even if the weather was cool outside, inside was hot and stuffy and people needed to escape on deck when they were not eating.

Drinks came quickly and the starters were amazing!

Since we were a bigger group, we had a limited selection of mains which is fine. I chose the Dutch fish & chips and chose my sauces. When food was served, they forgot my dish, resulting in me watching my other 34 colleagues eating first. When it finally arrived, the sauces were not the ones I ordered, the fish was bland and everything was very oily.

I might give this another chance, going with a smaller group and ordering a different main. And potentially sitting outside in Summer.

Cons:

1. Mediocre Food: Unfortunately, the beauty of the view couldn’t compensate for the lackluster quality of the food. It seemed as though a significant portion of the €26 bill was dedicated to the scenic location rather than the culinary experience.
2. Limited Variety: The menu offered minimal variety, which was disappointing. It felt like we had very few options to choose from, and this limited selection was not made up for in taste.
3. Excessive Salinity: One of the most significant issues we encountered was the excessive use of salt in the dishes. The over-salted food not only made it unpleasant to eat but also left us feeling parched.
4. Low-Quality Ingredients: It was evident that the restaurant did not prioritize high-quality ingredients. The dishes lacked freshness and the flavors were subpar.

In summary, while the restaurant may excel in providing a stunning riverside setting, the food experience was a letdown. The limited variety, overly salty dishes, and the use of subpar ingredients left a lot to be desired. I hope the management takes these concerns into account and makes improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.

Very nice restaurant, went there around 16h for cake and coffee. The cake selection was a bit disappointing but the dessert cars was great to compensate. Lovely place by the water and very polite service. The negative point is having to pay extra for vegetal milk, 20cts extra is not justified when comparing bottle price of normal milk and vegetal milk.

We recently dined at Patio restaurant and I must say, the experience was quite a mixed bag. Let me break down my thoughts on various aspects of the evening.

Firstly, the food. We opted for the 3-course menu, and right from the beginning, we were pleasantly surprised. The starters, accompanied by delightful cocktails, were a promising start. The flavors were well-balanced, and it set a positive tone for the rest of the meal. Moving on to the main course, the slow-cooked veal was a true highlight. It was tender, succulent, and packed with flavor. But what truly stood out were the various preparations of broccoli. The innovative and creative approach to cooking broccoli in different styles was a unique touch that added depth to the meal.

However, despite the impressive culinary offerings, the atmosphere left something to be desired. The restaurant boasts an excellent view of the water, which should have contributed to a captivating ambiance. However, strangely enough, the atmosphere felt somewhat anonymous. It's as if the beautiful view didn't fully translate into an immersive experience. Perhaps the choice of lighting, music, or decor could have played a role in creating a more engaging environment.

On the upside, the service at our table was truly exceptional. The staff was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. Their professionalism elevated the overall dining experience and made us feel well taken care of.

In conclusion, our experience at Patio restaurant was positive but not without its drawbacks. The culinary journey was a delightful one, with standout dishes like the slow-cooked veal and the creatively prepared broccoli. The service was top-notch and contributed positively to the evening. However, the lackluster atmosphere somewhat hindered the full enjoyment of the stunning waterfront view. It's worth noting that our visit was on a regular Tuesday evening, and this might have influenced the overall ambiance. It's possible that choosing a different timing could lead to a more spectacular and immersive experience.

All in all, while there were certain aspects that could be improved upon, we left Patio restaurant with a generally favorable impression. With a few adjustments to the atmosphere, this place has the potential to provide an exceptional dining experience that matches the quality of its cuisine.

Not clear where to get the boat from - kiosk says bridge 5, then told bridge 6. No signs saying Captain Black. Told the boat left at 12:15, then told it left at 12:30, then only if we went with a bus tour group. Rude staff at the quayside.
Tour with Kaspar and his wife was fun.

Egal ob Rock/Pop-Konzert, Klassik, Theater oder was auch immer - man ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben und bekommt auch tolle Tipps, wenn man mag. Very informative and funny guide. We had a blast

Beautiful restaurant on the spree. Had an event organized 2 days prior successfully with the Patio team (Yannick). Great price, food, service and ambience. Our menu consisted of a Ceaser salad which was finely seasoned with a variety of touches and the main was Braised beef shoulder with potato gratin fried seasonal vegetables. The beef was super good and the fried cauliflower was perfect with the sauce. After dinner feel free to enjoy the downstairs lounge which is truly beautiful with multiple aquariums and a fireplace. Thank you to Patio team for quickly and efficiently providing us with a memorable night.

Seems reasonable for 1 hour trip but the prices in the website doesn't match to what they charge. Prices have increased a bit due to various reasons but a nice trip for a relaxing evening and pleasant breeze depending on weather.

Ich habe heute die Tour mitgemacht und fand diese echt Toll.
Freundliche Guides, die einem eine ausführliche Einführung zum Segway gegeben haben, sodass man ohne Fragen, mit einem sicheren Gefühl, auf den Segway steigen konnte.
Die Tour war sehr interessant.
Sie geht von lehrreichen Beiträgen über lustige Beiträge und Soundeffekte.
Alles in einem eine sehr gute Möglichkeit die Stadt auf eine interessante Art und Weise kennenzulernen.
