Got the Pomme Doner and it was amazing— generous portions and the meat tasted great. The staff are so so kind and speak English. They gave me a complimentary tea:) It’s also a lovely place to sit in peace and people watch.

Good place to try kababs. Liked both the dishes we ordered. They are made fresh and served warm. We went for dinner around 8pm and they didn’t allow us to sit inside. The service is a bit slow considering there was only one other party during that time.
Came here for a quick group lunch. They were very efficient in accommodating us. We ordered the usual döner dürum type things, but I decided to try the hammelkoftfleischsuppe (lamb head meat soup). The gamble paid off, it was actually a pretty nice soup, the head meat turned out to be tongue, which was delicious. They gave us plenty of fresh bread to dip in the soup.

Excellent kebab to be had here, really good sauces (especially the mint sauce). I had a late-night takeaway, with the slight problem that i was not provided with any foil wrap, bag or anything to carry my purchase with. Great tasting stuff with the added bonus that it was not overfilled, making eating the food a mess. Card payments are ok. Snappy service, recommended.
Stumbled on this place as we were walking around the cathedral in Cologne. Wow. Looked legit. Line outside and Donner in the window. Good clues. Walked in around 10 PM to have dinner. No German for me so I struggled with the menu, but I think they took pity on me because I look famished. Eight all that you see in the photographs which was phenomenal. Service was off the charts.! Definite must!
If you want to try a good kebab, I recommend you visit this place. Their freshly grilled meat is awesome and if your hungry and want a taste of everything, try the grilled plate. It comes with bread, salad, rice and bulgur. Drinks are cheap as well. Thumbs up and 5 Stars.
Delicious and lots of food for the price. Might be a bit hectic but its well worth the price. The staff is straight forward and its a great place to take a break from walking and enjoy some great meat and bread.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is reminiscent of street food. Food comes out very quickly after ordering. And it's delicious enough.
The food is good, the restaurant is centrally located. I always saw this very busy so today decided to try it. The food was good, the ambience was okayish and service was fine as well. I would definitely visit again to try more dishes.

I could not agree more with the previous reviewers. Service *SUCKS* as well as the location in one of Düsseldorfs darkest corners but the Kebaps are nothing short of heavenly. They are roasted over charcoal fire and finely seasoned. Go there. Ignore the waiters, treat yourself to some excellent food.
Sehr schlechte Kellner mit schmutzigen Händen. do not go there, you order them with meat, and they give you without meat and say that you did not order correctly. I say add meat, I'll pay, they say I need to buy another one

Always start my trips to Düsseldorf here. Simple, fresh Turkush fare. Today I had lentil soup with fresh bread and a dash of lemon and kırmızı biber - €5,00. Spot on 👍
Too full, too loud, late service. On the grill platter and on the touk shish dorum had no sauce . Just meat and little bit of salat on the side. For the price level, one expects really some yogurt and red sauce. And just because the shop is full, does not mean that customer get treated badly. We travelled 50 km to eat there and disappointed sadly
I like the bread is thin and soft, the salad is a bit sweeter than other places but over all it’s really delicious. Probably don’t use the toilet before eating there… and ground floor is self help service only which I don’t mind at all. I went there for the food so I’d still give it a 5 star for the taste.
Tasty and authentic turkish food at good prices, and always washed down with tea on the house. I had been a regular here when i lived in Dusseldorf back in 2009-11 so very pleased to see it going strong!
It is %100 I loved eggplant kebab it was like original taste. There was a Iraqi manager who take care of me very well. I asked if All is halal but I didnot see any certification or written text. Soup was good too. Clean and hospitality was great.

The best mantı i have ever tried. The Menu is very original and has vegan options. The staff is very friendly. You will spend around 15 to 25€ (depending on if u get sides/dessert) so its on the pricier side, but the food quality is worth it. Only thing i didn't like was that there were mostly only stools on the inside apart of two normal tables that were already taken
Spent a couple nights in Köln in December, 2022 and this was my dinner spot almost every night. It’s open late and conveniently located between a handful of hotels/hostels and the city centre. It has a few options for vegetarians and vegans (the falafel is amazing). Great service and great food in a pinch.
Authentic local Kebap in Ehrenfeld. We came for lunch with family, a big queue outside anticipated that it'd be a great lunch. A bit challenging to find place but we managed. Food was very tasty and prices very fair, but it was a bit too greasy. Nevertheless, we'll probably come back if in the area
I saw the review that if you are gonna take 1 dish, you can’t sit there so I just tried asking and the server welcomed me. I had pommdoner and it was nice

It is the place to grab something to eat after a good pub crawl and also a great place to eat a nice mediterranean meat platter at a reasonable price.
Especially the meat skewers made over charcoal fire are delicious.
The Iskender kebab is my personal favorite.

Prices and portions are good but the taste has littlw bit problem. We were expecting more. If you are dining in the service is a bit sloppy. Howevee people are really nice and kind.

When I saw they have vegan options I had to go and try their food! They didn’t dissapoint me and I had the best traditional turkish dumplings! It kinda works like poke bowls, you get a paper where you first x the size, kind of dumplings, sauce and toppings. It really goes easy and your food is ready in couple of minutes! The price is fair, just if you start to add too many toppings you pay more 😂 We were super happy with our food and after a long day a warm delicious dish helped us to enjoy our evening!
Very friendly and funny staff upstairs who are singing and smiling the entire time. Delicious food and great sauces to go with the meats.

If you want to be reminded of your childhood and home made food this is the place to be. You know it is a good one, when all day long it is full of customers inside. I love the soups they serve here. Very accessible prices, in fact so accessible it is cheaper to eat here than cook at home 😁
The lamb 🐑 DONER 🌯 was very good. One of the best. The meat chunks were tender and absolutely delicious. Would have been perfect with some FRENCH FRIES 🍟 inside the wrap - like a SHAWARMA. It has only salad and sauce.

Nice and friendly service. I enjoyed the food. I had #74 lamb chops ( I love lamb) it was tender 👍
I had a BEEF DONER DURUM wrap. It was very good, above average. But not the best I had. VERY IMPORTANT, THE BEEF KEBAP WAS SLICES OF MEAT ⚠️! I never eat minced mistery meat sold in most other places. I will come back to try other dishes. I would recommend this place.

I've got a Turkish chicken wrap. One of the best döner I had in Europe, very tasty and nice size to be full just with one. The price was 6.50euro. Service was fast and staff friendly. I didn't like the table density and layout. Also needs a little bit more effort in cleaning. I am not saying it's dirty, but they could be a little bit more careful. Also maybe it's personal but I don't like the metal dishes. Nice Turkish music in good Volume, not annoying at all.
Despite my initial concerns about the potential for digestive issues due to the oil and spices, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the meatballs and chicken I ordered were both delicious and did not cause any problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

I went here several times. But I kept being ignored by the waiters. As if they did not want to serve me. Every time I had to serve myself. I even had to take my own drinks. I never write a bad review for no reason and I can always understand when there are circumstances. But this is something I have never experienced in other restaurants. The amount of rudeness is overwhelming. Today was my last time here. I am past that point where good service and manners matter more than anything else. Regardless what others might think, I would give other local grill restaurants a chance above this arrogant shrink flated overpriced "restaurant".
We only ordered their only vegetarian dishes --the mezze and the stuffed aubergine. Both were amazing!! Every thing had so much flavor and texture even the home made bread. The next tables had grilled meat and they looked and smelled great.
I told them specifically when ordering that i didnt want any sort of sauce and only a tiny bit of yogurt if possible and repeated it multiple times. They assured me they would send it like that. Fast forward about an hour and a half of waiting, the food finally arrives cold and it is completely covered in sauce and the portion was tiny, with half the box empty. Not only that but they didnt even provide me with any forks/ spoons. Definitely not up to the standard i was expecting and definitely would not recommend.

I fell in love with this place in 2007….and it hasn’t changed as far as the high quality and goodness of the food. This place is amazing. Lamb chops! Doner Kebab spicy with Fetta Cheese highly recommended! The guys behind the counter are cool and welcoming to all as well.

The Mezze plate here is good but the beef on my entre was not as good. The most concerning issue though was that a friend of mine ordered a dish that was larger than he expected. He didn't eat it all and the staff actually insulted him and told him he was wasting their food. At the meal's end, to everyone's great surprise, they would not even take a VISA credit card. Not a good experience. Service was also slow since the employees sat down to eat and we had to wait quite a while for a check. Avoid this place but if you must go here, just get the mezzo plate only.

If you want service, don’t go there. If you want good kabob, yes, it’s a good place. They are very busy most of the time and the servants are not organized.
I have tried chicken sis kebap with ayran. Chicken was cooked so tender and juicy. They may add more tomato sauce on marinate which makes its taste stronger. Only cash is accepted.
Delicious food. The menu is divided into 2 sections, meat and vegetarian and so many options of sauces and toppings. So you can mix and match. Very friendly server. Beautiful outside seating in the back. Reasonable price for the food, worth it.
Loved the pizza! But being a vegetarian had only one option to choose from „Lahmacun vegetarisch“ but it dint disappoint me! And their kebab teller was also good as told by my partner! Nice friendly staff and quick service! And also it was midnight when we visited this place but service was good🍛

Very good food. Friendly staff members as always. The portion is not enough (for a big guy like me) but worth the bill :). Totally recommended. Just those rich kids running around with their fancy car in front of the restaurant are not helping us enjoying the meals. Right pace at the wrong corner in my opinion.
Food and location is really good. The outdoor sitting is 100% recommended. The service was a little bit chaotic, but the food really compensated it.
We had to wait 2 hours for our food. The owners dog was walking and running around freely, which is not hygienic at all. The owner herself and some of the workers were really rude and the owner does not care about her customers at all. The food is already finished and bought in cans which taste awful. I do not recommend it at all.
The waiter is so nice and the meals are economical. The birthday girl even treated by the restaurant with dessert and coffee.

It's not always the food that makes the experience memorable, it's the people that you meet along the way who make the difference. I visited Istanbul for the first time today, nice place with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There is a lot of food selection and all the pictures looked great, the language barrier was evident but Ahmed did his best and made a couple of recommendations. I ordered the Doner plate with fries and as you will see in my picture, I can't still wrap my ahead around the portion, it's more than enough for 2 people. The meat was seasoned well, cooked to perfection, as well as the fries. The salad and garlic sauce were good also. Here is where it got interesting, it is a cash only restaurant and I had none. Ahmed said not to worry, that I can come back and pay anytime, no stress. That was priceless and made me a loyal customer. I came back over an hour later with cash, ordered desserts to go, paid in full and thanked him for the exceptional customer service.

Best Turkish restaurant in Charlottenburg. The owners are great guys, their cooking is awesome and genuine. They have a good choice of beers on tap and there’s nothing better than to sit in front of the restaurant on a summer evening, eat some köfte and drink a Bitburger
Beaware and check the cost of what you order, and furthermore check the money you get back from the waiter because may be you get 1 Turkish Lira instead of 1 Euro ( 1 Turkish lira equal to 10 Cents) its happened with me.

Turkish dumplings, Manti. It's offered with meat or with spinach (vegetarian option) in 2 portion sizes. You can add your favorite toppings to it or serve it just with yoghurt Sauce. It's really tasty and affordable. Friendly staff and yumm

Loved this place! The people were so nice and welcoming. They spoke great English, which is a plus! I loved the food! The taste of the food was original and very delicious. I will definitely come here again before heading back to Frankfurt.
If you go to the restaurant during rush hour, it will take a while to get a seat but they managed the customers quite well. The service was also quick and food was delicious. A big menu to choose from and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

The food was... Decent. It's... Alright. Exactly what I'd define as 3 stars. Not bad but also not good. Wouldn't say it's worth your time to go check out, but if you're there anyways it wouldn't hurt to drop by. The meat offered redeems a number of shortcomings.

Very good döner kebab! The staff was super friendly and the setting was pretty cool with big space and TV screens etc. They are open very late, so this place is perfect for a late night snack/meal as well as a big dinner. Great for large groups too!

Best Türkish place I have visited so far. Meat here is well done, has a smoky flavour. I like the ambiance and one can enjoy unlimited free tea.

Lovely food -- tasty, fresh, and in large portions. Really big salads come with the grilled fish. Not expensive -- just under 50 for dinner for two with beer. Moreover, service was very friendly. Would go again when we are in the area!

Unfortunately, time and self-deceipt led to this mass-processed, factory food experience that isn't even particularly cheap. There are next-to-no options to choose from. You can forget french fries and, amazingly enough, even tzatziki is a no-go(!). Yes, the place nevertheless claims to even be Turkish somehow. Southern hospitality is nowhere to be found, either, by the way.
The food itself is decent in large enough portions. Still, the "dining" experience is something any non-domesticated animal will feel the need to wash off and never experience again.
