Reviews
Draught beer was very expensive at over €7 a pint and it was bad. Over €6.50 for a bottle of Heineken too, plastic Paddy pub but good entertainment at night.
Amazing place, great service, great band, good beer... unvaluable being there to celebrate birthday with friends!!!
Ein uriges altes Bierlokal mit Biergarten nahe des Zentrums von Hamm. Uns hat es hier in einer gemeinsamen Kollegenrunde gut gefallen.
Älteste Kneipe mit tollen Angeboten und super Veranstaltungen.
I liked the hotel.
We lived on the third floor. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is very good and varied. Room cleaning every day, thank you. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided in the room.
Large TV, comfortable bed. The room is quiet.
I definitely recommend it.

It's absolutely perfect. A great location combined with great rooms, restaurants, and outstanding service.
We were within walking distance to the CBD, Gendarmenmarkt, and Friedrichstrasse. The junior suite was very spacious, and the hotel restaurants are offering high-quality food. We actually enjoyed the great food with live piano music while sitting in the entrance hall restaurant.

Ich habe bei Wolfgang "Boris" Witteborg im Tijuana, Manhattan und Harveys Bar als Barkeeper gearbeitet und lebe seit 2002 nicht mehr in Hamm, in der Stadt in der ich aufgewachsen bin.
Heute Abend war ich im Alt Hamm und war völlig begeistert. Eine urige Kneipe, wie man es sich wünscht. Hammenser-herzliche Gastleute. Die Auswahl an Bier ist gut, der Preis dafür umso besser. Die Kneipe liegt am Rande der Hammer Fußgängerzone, die Getränkepreise sind mehr als moderat. Es gibt eine kleine Speisekarte, beim nächsten Besuch werde ich mal etwas probieren. Leute, besucht diese Kneipe mal, es lohnt sich. Und solche Gastronomien wie diese, sind ein Bestandteil der Stadt und haben es verdient, auch weiter ein Teil der Hammer Gastronomie zu sein.Wir sehen uns wieder.

Location was great, but I found the hotel to be without much charm. Felt like another corporate hotel chain, so for me it wasn’t great. Location is very good though, which most will appreciate. They also have a Glühwein Bhutan outside with live music which was adorable. Rooms are small but functional.
Waren am Freitag mit einer größeren Gruppe da. Essen war top, gutes Timing, perfekter Service. Sehr gut, auch für Gesellschaften.
Ein Stern ist noch zu viel für diese Bar. Ich war gestern mit meinem Mann da, wir haben uns an einen freien Tisch gesetzt und auf die Servicekräfte gewartet damit diese uns eine Speisekarte geben. Aber scheinbar ist selbst das zu viel verlangt gewesen wie saßen über 20 Minuten dort vergebens obwohl nicht wirklich viel los war. Anstatt das die Servicekräfte auf uns zukommen und uns freundlich begrüßen oder uns die Karte zu geben tanzen diese lieber anstatt zu arbeiten. Der Laden geht garnicht. Abgesehen davon sind die Stühle in diesem Lokal total unbequem.
Great service and delicious drinks but seriously the fact that smoking is allowed in such small place is disappointing. I really had troubles to enjoy the place because of cigarettes everywhere…
We tried the sky bar for the first time and it was an OKAY experience.

Absolute Empfehlung! Haben mit Glück einen Tisch ergattert und sind echt froh über diesen „Fund“. Küche ist sehr ausgwogen und für klein und groß etwas dabei! Vorallem der Wurstsalat ist ein Meisterwerk. Preis/Leistung Verhältnis absolut fair und nachvollziehbar!
Service und Ambiente nett, zuvorkommend und wirklich weiterzu empfehlen!

Great find in what can be a challenging city to locate a chilled out ‘speak easy’ type of bar. The barman also offered great suggestions for cocktails. Definitely worth visiting!
Amazing cocktails, especially their amaretto sour. I also love the atmosphere, and the fact that they filter who can enter, that keeps the chill and calm environment going, even when it gets late or crowded in the neighbourhood.

Its a very cool irish bar where you can enjoy the live music and your drink. Its very lively here. I recommend you order beer here😍🙌🏻 its a very big place and there are so many seats. But its usually full and sometimes you should wait or you are not gonna find a seat easily.🙌🏻

Great hangout place. Close to city center, food shops are very close. Public transport is available all the time. That have nice gaming zone also.
Von außen sah die Bar wirklich sehr schön aus, es schien auch gute Musik zu laufen. Leider wurde meinen Freunden und mir kein Einlass gewährt - mit der Begründung: "wir sind schon voll". Nicht einmal draußen durften wir Platz nehmen, obwohl es offensichtlich Platz gab und Leute den Laden auch verlassen haben. Wir sahen bestimmt einfach ganz gefährlich aus :) Nächstes Mal bitte mehr Mühe bei der Ausrede.

Popular bar right in Darmstadts Nexus. Has an eh club, charming live music spot, and bar. Nice atmosphere. Loved the culture of playing kicker there. Other than that, kinda thought this place was overrated in general. Your crowd makes the experience here i guess
Heute das erste mal im Ricks Café gegessen. Sehr schönes Lokal, mit der Möglichkeit im Freien zu sitzen. Personal superfreundlich und aufmerksam. Essen war mega! Fleisch sehr zart und so viele (frische) Champignons hatte ich noch nirgends. Pommes waren so wie sie sein sollen. Salat war ebenso gut. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Foto ist die Außenansicht. Immer wieder gerne!
The bar has a really nice interior and vibe. Music and cocktails are good. The 2nd time I was there, we also ordered some food. Their tantanmen ramen was good. My friend had vegetarian sushi which was not so good. Prices for food are a little higher than the other Takumi‘s around but you are paying for the view and vibe. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice place to chill and smoke some sheesha. Some waiters do speak English but dont count on it. Good taste in music, a rustic and cool ambience, good people. Can get pretty loud sometimes. Better get a reservation as it pretty packed on weekends. Nice place, if you like sheesha check it out.

Live music, nice beer, and a great place to chat and hangout
Great ambience, food and a solid selection of wines. Regrettably the owner, though a warm person, hushed my group in a almost public manner with no prior forewarning. Hence the 4 stars.
