We ate here with 5 persons. Service/ staff was good en friendly. Taste and presentation of the food was also good, but it tasted a bit to salty. The size of the portions were perfect.

The overall experience was ok, the Food and drinks took too much time to arrive, and drinks and food either should arrive together or close to each other here is not, food arrives and drinks come 20mins later. The food quality is just fine not something outstanding, except the prices that are outstanding high.
The location is great! The hotel has a unique charm to it. I will say the rooms are a bit old and dated but clean. We had two children with us and I was very impressed with the goodies they left. A little craft packet and a little packet with kids soap. Overall good.
after a week on the cruise ship MSC Fantastica in the fjords of Norway, we returned to Berlin. Don't miss the opportunity to return to the Cancun restaurant for a new culinary experience. I was not disappointed by the choice made this time either!!!
Location is great. Rooms are not exactly what you pay. House keeping is knocking door every 10 minutes after 9 am even you put "do not disturb"

Definitely a must if you are visiting Dusseldorf. I would give more than 5 stars. The food, the service and the location were beyond my expectations.

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, nice location. Make sure to ask for a room where you won't be kept awake by the ventilation system located at the inner court which in turn acts as a loudspeaker box unfortunately... The system operates until midnight approximately and only then calm returns.
No English language tv channels, but apart from German channels, a lot of RUSSIAN channels. Very worrying, and makes me question who is running this hotel?
Buffet Breakfast was very nice. Just had to wait a little for things not on the buffet. Building is very large, light and airy. Big outside area for wedding receptions etc.

One of the best choices to have a good time on a sunny day in Bielefeld! The terrace is beautiful! Service and food also very good!
The only thing good about this hotel is the location. If you want a good night's rest don't stay here. The shower drain was full of hair and water wouldn't go down. If you come on the weekend there is no parking at their underground garage. Other garages in the area are also full. So good luck with that. They will promise you a free upgrade to a suite, and it's a complete lie. Seriously, think twice about booking here.

I’ve been there twice now and both times ordered the Florentine Waffle. It is absolutely delicious! The coffee is good, not the best but still good. I also drank a Campari Amalfi and this one is absolutely amazing!
The waitresses are doing everything so you enjoy your experience there! I love the atmosphere there and if you love to brunch as I do, I would definitely recommend it!!

Highly recommend this bar/restaurant. Plenty of cocktails to choose from aswell as other drinks. Reasonably priced for a city centre, waiters are friendly although on one occasion we was here the waiter asked for a tip which I don’t agree with.
The cocktails are watered down. When asked to replace were told that this is how they serve them. I was asked if i would like another drink as a replacement, i asked for a beer, but was asked to get another drink to match the price of the moscow mule,so was forced to order another shot.
The whiskey sour was all together another story. No whiskey and just sour. Tasted exactly like lemonade.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are very small and very warm if you happen to have warmer weather like we did. It is quite noisy because of the close by tram and metro.
What should have ring an alarm bell is that you get earplugs in the hotel !! Breakfast was charged extra and costs 27euro per person that is way not a fair price. Location is fine (except) for the noise!

Absolutely amazing. The number 9 hits different during a long day, and they speak a little English too :D
Highly overpriced and overhyped place! Ordered the in house special banana bread which was served with some weird tasting cream and was too sweet in taste. Although the coffee was good and the service was nice. The avacado toast was bland and the bread was of poor quality, definitely not worth €11. Would recommend to just grab a quick coffee.
In this little town you find several places named after capital cities. Istanbul is the best kebab place since the boss is very friendly and all my friends enjoyed the food there. Berliner is ganz okay but definitely don’t go to Dubliner because the “boss” there is very xenophobic ✋🏻👨🦰🤚🏻
At Istanbul you get döner and at Dubliner they treat you as a döner.

Its a nice place, but they should seriously make the playground area non-smoking. People are ashing their cigarettes in the sand, its disgusting...

Found this small place over a couple of recommendations for places to work in munich and gave it a go. Loved the hospitality of the hosts they apologized in advance that the service would be slow because it was very crowded which we didnt mind as we were there for a while.

Authentic food and a good quality served by very friendly people. You need a reservation even on a Monday. Fully booked verifies the unique, special location.
very lovely and friendly staff! and an even lovelier space. I sat at the porch, under the afternoon sun😊 but there are also a comfy space indoors to cool down. Seemed like fairly popular, quaint little cafe to get some work done too. I ordered an iced cappuccino and an avo smash toast. I especially loved the coffee, very fragrant. Portion for the toast was a little small, like a light snack - so do add other extras to fill you up!
I also did have a little trouble finding the place as it is rather hidden but makes it all the more ideal (for me) to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main street.

The breakfast buffet is a definite must have! So many options of warm and cold foods. The service was perfect. If the weather is nice then sitting outside in the sun and near the water is wonderful.
Visited this beautiful lounge whilst travelling from London! I ended up going a few times and every time the service, the vibe and the shisha was incredible! Staff are so friendly and polite! The shisha is so flavourful and the music is incredible! A real place to visit and not to miss!

Atmosphere is good. Staff is friendly but messy. We got the wrong dished served, and because of that they told us that we wouldn't be charged for it. After that we waited 30 minutes for a beer that never arrived. After 1 hour we finally managed to order the check and leave, and surprisingly they did want to charge us for the wrong meal but without explicitly saying so. We had to remind them about their "promise" of not charging for the meal. Very disappointing.

My hotel of choice in Hamburg. I love the Nautic rooms and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The only slight downside on my recent stay is that Willi’s Bar has very restricted opening times and didn’t open until 6pm on the Friday we arrived.
Worse than I thought and the expectations were low. The margarita tasted like it was mixed with sprite and the service was exceptionally unfriendly. The server also never brought us our change. Definitely to be avoided!
I am from Texas, and have been to many Mexican/Latin food places in Europe. This is one of the best ones. We came closer to peak time for dinner, and they were able to seat us. The atmosphere was great, and the music wasn't too loud.
The food was delicious! They have several options. We got the wings, nachos con queso, flautas de Pollo, and the enchiladas de pollo. Everything was on point. The service is different here than back in the states, so it did take a min to flag someone. Once we did though, it was fine. They were pretty on top of it. Would definitely like go back.

We had an event in the roof top area "Ellipse room". The area was well-designed, awesome close-to-panorama view in the outer part and a high class service from the very friendly staff. Thanks for everything! :)

The chicken satay was served at our table with the option to flambe it as the waiter had lit the plate and showed us how we could do it.
We ordered a crispy duck too, the duck meat was really well cooked and was so tasty, but we were hoping it to be a little spicy as mentioned on the menu but it wasn't spicy at all.
The only sad part of our experience was we ordered Pad Thai and it was extremely tasty but unfortunately found a huge long plastic piece in it that I had almost half chewed and had to pull out of my mouth.
We informed the staff and they were kind enough to replace our noodles, but the noodles they served the second time was made in a hurry and compromised a lot on the taste. Was quite upset that the replacement of pad Thai was not at all comparable to the first.
Other than that, this was well worth the experience! The staff are very kind and friendly and made us feel like we are on a holiday in Thailand!

Today, I wanted to have lunch at a Thai restaurant. On the way I passed a delicious Sushi restaurant and some others but didn't stop by because I wanted to eat Thai food. Told my husband at home that I want to eat Rad Na (I'm Thai but my cooking skills are limited). They did not have it on the menu card but the chef prepared it for me and added also a half of fresh lemon beside the dish. I almost forgot to take a picture. Very delicious food and very attentive employees who really care for the guest. In summary, delicious food in a beautiful setting with warm atmosphere. It feels like coming back home to Thailand. We stayed in the modern part of the hotel, when we thought we were staying in the classic one. That really bummed us out. We were expecting the old, cozy, and bigger rooms for the price we paid. Our room was so small that if we had taken luggage we wouldn't have fitted. However, the hotel is well equipped, the rooms are clean and warm, the showers are great, the service in the bar and restaurant are excellent, and the location is unbeatable. We spent New Year's Eve party at the Tower Bar, and the view of the Port and the fireworks were amazing. We had a great time!

12/10 Dirty Chai Latte, so delicious! Avocado toast wasn't anything too out of the ordinary. Burger was delicious and much more satisfying!

We got the appetizer for two. The presentation of the food was amazing. Also very delicious and absolutely worth the money. It was unfortunate that the appetizer got very fast cold, even though it was served with a „flame“. The cocktail from the ananas was very sweet and fruity.
Rest of the food was also very delicious.

I have never seen a halal sign inside. Beef is ok, but not a real Turkish doner. The chicken was better.

Music so loud you couldn't hear anyone you were sat with. No draft beer or any local beers available 😡 only Heineken, Becks or Croatian.
Staff didn't seem bothered and couldn't properly hear you anyway because of the music.

After I rated the hotel and said that there is no internet in all rooms- the staff told me so when I asked why there s no internet in my room-they answered back that I m lying!!!

So I call at 8:30pm and be told that there is “no room service available at all and furthermore there is an event today so the restaurant only serves a buffet and no a la carte.”

Still the staff I met was kind, parking is cheap (5€ a night), the sauna & pool area was opened again, though I didn’t use it, they have a solarium and obviously great events from time to time.

The apartments are spacious and well designed although a room for four has only one double bed the others have to slept on the couch. Would not recommend for more than 3 adults. Free parking in front limited if none available either paid parking or a few streets away on public industrial parking spaces. Dogs allowed and gee if extra costs.
A bit disappointing for the first item on the breakfast menu, which was basically the free breakfast option you may get in cheap hotels. The tapas were not bad, however, and the seatings do have a nice view over the water.

Awesome service from the restaurant. We are a regular customer over a year and this place has never disappointed. A bit expensive but the quality and quantity is very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. It is ironic that bad places have such high reviews whereas this restaurant doesn't just have the reviews it deserves.

This is only my second time here but as the first. A every enjoyable afternoon with my Family. The service was a bit slow but we all need to take into account the fact that almost all these restaurants and cafes have been closed for over eight months or so. When we did get our order, every time the staff where very apologetic. Which I think was very nice of them. At least we know what was going on and why. It was a nice sunny afternoon so we had another drink and enjoyed each other’s company. I for one will be back.
Lovely place with lots of tables outside also as well when the weather is good. They offer food from breakfast to dinner and all types of drinks. Me and my friend were there for an aperitif and took a couple of spritz & hugo. Highly recommended!!

Food was soso, chicken tasting old and rancid. The dishes were not really authentic and clobbered in soy sauce. Very light on the Thai spices. Thom yam soup too sour and not flavourful. I will not come back.

The Hotel is Okay. But I wouldn't stay here if I would pay the room. In the apartments the cutlery wasn't clean multiple times. The heating and cooling was a mess. The breakfast is okay but I wouldn't pay 4,50€ for it. The room it self looks old and sometimes it falls apart.
My fried rice was too salty. You could taste the salt granules while plowing through this meal. Did not resemble Thailand's authentic taste.
The food, service excellant. and ambiance was rustic brick on the river front. I ordered spinach lasagne and have to say it is the best I gave ever tried.Enjoyed it thouroughly!

Stays open late into the night which is great if you have to catch a late train. Not very suitable for groups more than 7 people.

I am posting this review in English as it is easier to share my total disappointment better than in German!
I have been a Foodora user for long now and noticed this restaurant today. We ordered food as the menu looked very appealing, honestly, total disappointment and not worth the money paid. Each dish costs 12,50€ and has nothing special what cannot be got in another Chinese/Thai Imbiss for 4-5 bucks. There was hardly any leeks or broccoli in the Fried Rice Noodles dish and the Fried Rice had no flavour or sauce to accompany. The vegetables used were also frozen and did not taste fresh.
Would not recommend this restaurant.
I have been a Foodora user for long now and noticed this restaurant today. We ordered food as the menu looked very appealing, honestly, total disappointment and not worth the money paid. Each dish costs 12,50€ and has nothing special what cannot be got in another Chinese/Thai Imbiss for 4-5 bucks. There was hardly any leeks or broccoli in the Fried Rice Noodles dish and the Fried Rice had no flavour or sauce to accompany. The vegetables used were also frozen and did not taste fresh.
Would not recommend this restaurant.
I've been at the Atlanta hotel for over 2 months now (extended work) and have been so happy with the quality of service. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and have more than everything I need. The wifi is great, and although it isn't in the center of Leipzig, there is a bus station right across from the hotel that takes 10 minutes to get the city.
