Decent overall, but big flaw was that the fish had an unchewable membrane inside that should’ve obviously been cut away. It was there through all pieces of the roll, and was clearly visible from the outside. Gives an impression that they’re trying to utilize every single bit of fish although the quality doesn’t justify it (food waste minimization is of course great)
We took oysters and mules frites and it was very good. Wide selection of seafood.
One of the best fish based meals I have ever had in my life , the taste was perfect from the actual pie to the sauces

Also the food is freshly made and the hosts are beyond words
.
Highly highly recommended and definitely will come back again
fresh seafood, very tasty
We came here an hour before close and felt bad about it but the staff was super friendly and attentive regardless. As ignorant Americans we asked for the rest of our food to go and they replated it beautifully in to go boxes for us. They went above and beyond for us and the service was stellar.
Amazing food, excellent service and a truly authentic atmosphere. As someone who lived in Japan for many years, I highly recommend this restaurant for its authenticity.
Very authentic Japanese fare at reasonable prices. Had the sukiyaki, and there was too much meat for me but I ain’t gonna waste good food so I finished everything 🥳 the tatami seating area was nice. Really felt like I was back in Japan.
Amazing! The sushi was great, they offer way more than the „standard“ options. The service was fast and attentive and the restaurant itself was thought through and the atmosphere was calm. Definitely a recommendation - try the sushi in the „rice paper“ - that was mindblowing!!!
We came here on a Sunday when they offer their Sushi Sunday offer where it is 250 dkk for unlimited sushi. The quality of the food you get for the price is absolutely outstanding. The picture below is our main but we got lots of started and deserts also. I could not recommend this place enough we would definitely come back.
Thinking about the visit to this restaurant, I cannot find any reason to deduct any stars off their rating. The food has been outstanding, proper Japanese food with their unique flavouring. The service has been overshadowing any other experience in Denmark. Partially, we had the feeling there was a waiter just for our table. People have been very friendly, and the atmosphere has been Japanese from the core.
Great place in Copenhagen to have lunch. It’s a really affordable place comparing to other restaurants, they have a promotion poke bowl that is only 95 DKK (13,50€) The poke bowl itself has Shrimp Tempura, salmon and tuna as proteins. If I had to point something out would be that the poke doesn’t come with sauces (spicy Mayo for ex).
The waitress was extremely nice and patient with us because each of us wanted to take an ingredient out. Best place to enjoy lunch with your friends cozy and clean. Downstairs they own a little shop that sells Japanese products such as dipping sauces, dressings, sake etc.
It is the best sushi restaurant in Copenhagen I've been visiting so far! So recommended!
Delicious appetizer with sushi that melted in my mouth as main course, and the champagne that completed our whole course experience.
It was our wedding day, so this kind of delish food was what we needed the most.
Thanks Letz Sushi!
Amazing food, good service. You can tell the chef takes high quality ingredients and attention to detail in his cooking very seriously. Everything is delicious and fresh
Fish cakes are delicious! Fluffy white meat surrounded by a crispy, buttery outer layer. Grab a beer from mikkeler & friends and some rye bread and potato salad at the stand.
The place is great for a fresh fish dish , cooked perfectly , plus friendly staff .
Next time I visit Esbjerg I will eat here again for sure.
Delicious fish food, with so much fish in each serving that it puts every other fish restaurant I've been to in any larger town to absolute shame.
The fish was fresh and delicious and prepared in mostly traditional ways, with little fancy fanfare, but not lacking in presentation or looks at all.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Located near the ocean but there is no view or otherwise anything particularly good about location.

There is a small parking lot, but it is not far to walk for any nearby lots.
Staff is nice and food is good. Waiting time for the food to be prepared is pretty long though
We had look forward to come to this place and enjoy a good spanish tapas. The place looks cosy. But when we order 10 tapas halv of them didn't taste good, plus the potatoes in the spanish omelet were not finished cook... Nothing to do with spanish tapas, Unfortunatly. We ended paying just 7 of the 10, as we complain for the bad food. Very dissapponted after use 440 kr.
Definitly we will not recomend this place for eating.
Have not reserved a table, but there was only three out of five table occupied. All reservations was at seven o'clock so we had to go away.....
The reason was that "everybody wants to sit outside". Why only five table outside in the middle of the summer???? Don't go there!!!!!!!
As an expat in Esbjerg their isn't many places that you can go for fine food and dinning at lunch. Decided to go their with couple of friends for lunch and had the worse experience ever.
I orderd rhe chicken salad .The chicken in the salad was still pink in the middle and the tomotoes in the salad were old and mushy.
So returned the food. Asked for bread and butter and the bread was under cooked and still doughy.
When it came to paying they insisted that we pay for the salad. So paid 125 Danish Kroner for doughy bread and a coke. That's £12.50.
WILL NOT BE VISITING THEIR AGAIN.
