Better than Old Town for fun but also slowly losing its identity and getting commercialised
The artsy and modern cultural centre of Tallinn.

Poor navigation, but other than that - a very stylish place
Startup and cultural district famous for its street art, e.g. murals by the famous Mexican artist Boa Mistura.
Have fleamarkets and changing exhibitions as well, this one is alled "garden of souls", and was first outside.
Now moved into the Telliskivi 60 or 62 house. It's free, and lovely to hang out in silence by yourself for a while, and dream of cosmic soul encounters.. far away from the noise and aggression of human encounters.
I highly recommend people to see it- it is the radical counterpoint to the famous vanitas mural (pictured, which is great, but unfortunatelyall too real).
