La comida estaba rica pero el servicio nefasto.
La camarera que nos sirvió fue antipática, sin ganas; le hablabas y como si hablases a la pared.
Una de las personas todavia no habia terminado de comer y ya nos estaban quitando los platos.
Además, pedimos tarta de queso de postre y estaba mala, picada, ni se inmutó y nos lo cobró; cuando le reclamamos que eso no estaba bien, si había hablado con cocina para que no sirviesen esa tarta a otros clientes, estaba ausente, como si el tema no fuese con ella.
En resumen, dudo que regrese.

Celebramos un cumpleaños aquí muy a gusto con el menú de grupo de 24€ - dan aperitivos para compartir y cada uno escoge su propio segundo y postre. Todo el mundo se quedó contento con la calidad de los platos y el servicio.
Para mi gusto, uno de los mejores restaurantes italianos de Pamplona. Hacía tiempo que no acudía pero los años no pasan por ellos. Local de doble piso decorado con gusto, un buen servicio y atención, gran calidad de comida y cantidad. Los precios asequibles y ajustados sin locuras de tarifa para la calidad del plato. Una gran selección de pizzas. La pizza Granjera, espectacular. Nos sacaron un aceite picante para echarle si queríamos y la verdad, fue un acierto. Los spaguettis al pesto increíbles y aunque a simple vista parecen pocos en el plato, puedes degustar esa delicia durante un buen rato porque hay buena cantidad. Los raviolis con carne de cerdo al curry, un manjar. Eché en falta alguna opción más de pasta Penne. Sin embargo, con la cantidad de opciones que tienes para elegir, es lo de menos. Amplia variedad de postres para todos los gustos. Destacar el tiramisú y la tarta de queso. Si eres de comida italiana, no debes desaprovechar la oportunidad de comer allí.
Cogimos unas pizzas para cenar. Las pizzas estaban muy ricas. Buena relación calidad precio. El personal muy atento. Tiempos de espera correctos. Recomendable!
Horrible. We were waiting in the queue to be seated for 20 minutes only for the lady to tell us that their card machine doesn't work and they were only accepting cash. On top of that, the ATM of the shopping centre wasn't working. They should warn customers who are waiting in the queue to avoid wasting our time.
Went here with a group of friends for the annual tapas route, staff were great, tapas even better. Even though they were busy serving meals, which looked great, we were looked after really well, so much so it is now on our bucket list of places to eat in the future. Thanks guys for the time, and effort you put in.
Muy buenas las pizzas, masa muy fina lo cual nos encanta. El tamaño no es muy grande y como la masa no es gruesa puede parecer que es poca comida pero creo que es el tamaño perfecto. Otro problema (que realmente no es un problema) es que al ser muy fina la pizza se enfría muy rápido. La prueba de lo ricas que están es que no me dio tiempo ni ha sacar la foto.
Eckkaffre mit gratis Parkplatz auf der ruhigen, breiten Straße. Diese führt zu den Bahngleisen der Schnellzüge der RENFE, die zum Estación del Norte ( Nordbahnhif nebem dem Rathaus) führen.

I am rather perplexed as to why this restaurant does not have a higher google rating. I am from Vancouver, Canada which is a city very well known as a ‘foodie’ city so I am confident I can identify fabulous food when I experience it. The food, drinks and service at this restaurant are solid. The affordable prices are a complete bonus. We stumbled upon this restaurant by complete chance and will be back for sure. You are indeed missing out if you do not visit this restaurant. Thank you for a lovely evening.
I have been eating in this restaurant for the last 15 years. I went in tonight with my partner and had a risotto, she had a lasagne and we were both so disappointed! Has there been a change of chef?
The lasagne was burnt and my risotto was very bland and had a strange aftertaste!
The prices have increased substantially and despite the owner being a former neighbour of mine at Puerto Principe I can no longer recommend this restaurant. A great pity as in my opinion it used to be the best Italian restaurant in Guardamar.

We walked in randomly and sat sort of inside, the outdoor tables were full, but there was this lovely corner by the entrance with a chess board on it.. got some drink and afterwards ordered some food. Mine was the the gnocchi with gorgonzola. Absolutely delicious, the sauce was flavorful and the texture of the gnocchi was very nice as well! Other person from our table got the spaghetti bolognese and were equally pleased.
The service was great and we were treated witg genuine kindness from the people during our visit. Especially there was this lovely, gentle and super attentive woman 🌵🪴🙏😊

I don't say this lightly, but it was probably the worst thing I ate in the span of the few past years. I got a pasta carbonara. I received a semi liquid soup made of pasta, milk and some weird looking bacon. Surprisingly, for something that had no taste at all, it felt as if I was licking the back of a very old fridge that smelled of very stale socks.
This food is not worth any money, not to mention the 20€+ that it cost.
A word from an ex-chef: if you are really proud of what you're serving, I hope you find love to cooking again, because I'd be ashamed to put that out as a dish for anybody to enjoy.

Die Gerichte waren durchaus ansprechend, Lasagne zu empfehlen, allerdings läßt die Gastfreundschaft zu wünschen übrig. Bei 80 Euro Konsumation könnte man ein Danke erwarten. Unfreundlich wäre noch geschmeichelt, man hatte durchgehend das Gefühl nicht erwünscht zu sein. Fazit: Wer kein Problem hat , wie ein Aussetziger behandelt zu werden ist hier richtig.

Both service and food were great. No wait when we got there around 740pm on a Sunday.
I have only had positive experiences at other establishments with a similar name, but this place was horrible. I was brought food in a dirty plate and it was not a small spot, but the whole plate was dirty, the service was also at a low level!
We ordered 2 pizzas and 1 pasta. Pasta was delicious, pizzas were a bit too salty and moist. Staff was very friendly. Great atmosphere

Highlight. The absolut worst restaurant in Valencia. Bad food high prices and rude stuff even for low standards. Congrats you hit the trifactor. Would not recommend, rather eat a frozen meal still frozen. Or your own fingernails. Wow. I can’t get over how bad this was.
Unsuccessful attempt for Italian food in Portugalete. The restaurant has been brave in pushing the boundaries of serving bruschetta with bacon and fried egg...not necessarily a universally welcome twist, though. On the other hand, their pasta dishes are well presented and they excel at local cuisine (go for the caramelised cod).

10/10, I was a tourist visiting this place for dinner and the food was unbelievable. The service was also a 10/10, very kind waiters and you don’t have to wait long to get your food. Would 100% recommend
They managed to accommodate me quite late, I got home with my takeaway and they’d managed to make all of my food taste like paint. It’s quite remarkable, never experienced pizza to taste like “dulux arctic white” before but they made it so. All went straight into the bin, it’s now 12.50AM and I’m out looking for edible food

Para empezar desde que hice el pedido hasta que me llegó a casa pasó una hora y cuarto. No funciona el seguimiento de pedidos que tienen y tuve que llamar para saber qué pasaba con mi pedido, además cuando por fin salió, el repartidor por algún motivo no encontraba mi domicilio y no dejaba de dar vueltas, por lo cual cuando llego por fin la pizza estaba muy fría.
En cuanto a la pizza, masa muy fina crujiente es un plus, pero los ingredientes usados son de baja calidad y me sentaron mal.
En definitiva por el precio que tiene no volveré a probar.

We go there pretty often because we really like the place. Pizza is very tasty and tiramisù is obligatory to try! The cocktails depends on the day. Very good location and friendly staff.

I am a regular at this place and love their food. The staff and owners are very friendly! The only thing that is not my favorite is the location, since if you sit on the terrace there are a lot of people and cars passing by, which for me isn’t very pleasant. Otherwise superb! Thanks
Leider war ich enttäuscht. Sehr unerfahrenes Personal, freundlich kann ich nicht sagen. Die Pizza war ein bisschen kalt, und wir hatten sie für die Kinder bestellt. Wir haben lediglich einen Pizzaschneider bekommen, obwohl wir um Teller gebeten hatten. Die Girasoli Salmone y Gamberi war ok, aber nicht scharf wie angekündigt. In dem Liter Limo war mehr Eis als Limo. Insgesamt waren wir nicht zufrieden.

This is a fantastic restaurant. We have come back here on three separate occasions, and each experience was as enjoyable as the one before. Die Bedienungen waren super genervt, teilweise schon fast unfreundlich! Im Restaurant riecht es mehr als unangenehm nach kalten alten Fisch und Toilettenreiniger! Das Essen war durchschnittlich bis schlecht. Unser Salat war schon welk und laberig, also ungenießbar. Tische waren auch nach der Reinigung von den Mitarbeitern klebrig und verschmutzt.

Excellent Italian place with really good quality food. Staff is very nice and professional. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated and the mood is great, with nice music which allows to have a conversation without having to be shouting.

Very relaxed atmosphere, service very good, ordered pizza,it was a little overcooked, slightly burnt underneath, but we was still happy with it,when told the waitress,she was apologetic, but said we should have told her before we had eaten it. The owner came over and apologised, we have eaten here before and it was lovely. Would definitely go there again.
Lovely pizza restaurant. Always very busy so you may need to book at peak times. Pasta was good, cheesecake was fantastic!! Would definitely visit again.

This has become our go-to place for afterwork. The couple who runs the place are really nice. A good selection of beers, great GTs, something good to eat - when the mood arise they put on music and we're dancing. A friendly and amiable place that I totally recommend.
Fantastic place to get a meal or fresh produce, cheese, meat, fish, bread, and desserts. Many places to sit and grab a bite too. It’s in a very nice neighborhood.
If you are here for a short time and want that secret authentic experience then this is the place. I've lived here 7 years and Zafra has never lost it's local feel.

Had the best tiramisu of my life here. When it touched my lips I immediately remembered how my mom used to make it for me back in Italy. I would like to thank this restaurant for this amazing experience. Would totally recommend.

Zafra offered a good dinner, to a reasonable price.
They seemed to have a menu, which were meant for a 3 course dinner. As a group of 5, we shared some appetizers, and ordered a main course each. The food was fine, nothing out of the ordinary, but still tasted great.
2 of us ordered carbonara, and we were given the choice of wich pasta we wanted. The carbonara did not taste like the usual carbonara that you get, the restaurant is traditional Italian themed, so that might be why.
It had good chunks of ham/bacon, and were really buttery, which is great depending on one's taste.
Don't expect the main courses to be large, even though the price could indicate it.
The restaurants service was impeccable, as is usually the case, in my experience, when it comes to family run restaurants. The waiter was concerned for how our experience was, and seemed proud of his family's restaurant. That was really great.
The atmosphere was a bit odd. Outside it seemed fancy, but the tables were of bad quality, the walls were kinda blant. The tupperware was bent, by design, which was really funny, but also impacted the eating a bit, in a negative way.
Zafra was a great place to eat, a bit odd, so if you don't mind spending a bit more, just for the traditional Italian experience, this is a great option.

A lot of meat, meat and more meat. Some have produce. This is a great, historical market for locally-owned businesses. I found it to be impressive for the Spanish pig legs as it first I didn’t realize they were pig legs and thought it was of another animal. The employees at the market are very hard-working and make a living off of the commodities and products they sell.

Very colorful indoor market. During the rush hours hard to find a place to sit and eat due to the very small restaurant and bars and the waiting line looking for seat.
Local agradable donde disfrutar de una pizza sin gluten recién hecha y con masa finita :) La ensalada también estaba muy buena el aderezo tenia su gracia y la pasta correcta. El dueño es muy simpático y sabe aconsejarte. Volveremos!
This mercado is very nicely sourced. All are farm raised ingredients and they have freshly made food offerings. The vegetables and fruit are quite large and organic. The meats are well-packaged and beautifully displayed. #1 rated tortilla de patatas in Spain is at Casa de Dani, but try all other foods as well. They have a variety of ethnic restaurants including Mexican, Italian, Argentine, Mediterranean, and others. It is in the middle of the Salamanca district, surrounded by luxury retail stores, and it is a 10 minute walk to Retiro Park. A quick stop for a bite to eat here makes for a nice addition to any trip.

A pesar de que sea una de las elaboraciones más internacionales, la pizza es un plato muy diferente dependiendo del lugar en el que la comas, pero la genuina italiana, fina y crujiente, es la protagonista de Peccato.
Esta pizzería, ubicada en la calle San Nicolás de Pamplona, tiene una forma de trabajar diferente. En su caso, carecen de comedor y solo trabajan con pedidos a recoger en el local o con envío a domicilio, una opción muy cómoda que se ha visto incrementada con la pandemia.
Lo primero que nos gustó de Peccato es su carta: original y variada. En ella destacan las opciones tradicionales como la prosciutto, de jamón cocido; la bbq, barbacoa; o la formaggi, de varios quesos, pero también las tienen con gusto local, como la Navarrica, de pimiento de Lodosa, chorizo de Viana, queso emmental y huevo; y la Zarautz/Hondarribi/Donosti, de emmental, atún, tomate natural y guindilla.
En nuestro caso, nos decantamos por la Colosseo, con jamón, bacon, champis, queso emmental y orégano; y la Vitello, elaborada con bacon, carne, pimiento verde, huevo y emmental. Ambas, como ya hemos comentado, cuentan con una base crocante y casera. Del resto de un placer redondo en el que hay mucho que analizar, destacamos la calidad de los ingredientes y una estética propia de estar en la misma Italia.
De la primera nos gustó mucho el contraste entre el bacon y el champiñón, mientras que de la segunda lo más rico fue una sabrosa y líquida yema de huevo que hacía mucho mejor una combinación de ingredientes que nunca falla. Además, en nuestro pedido también entraba una buena tarta de queso y un rico coulant de chocolate que complementaron nuestra noche de pecado.

Ambas, como ya hemos comentado, cuentan con una base crocante y casera. Del resto de un placer redondo en el que hay mucho que analizar, destacamos la calidad de los ingredientes y una estética propia de estar en la misma Italia.
De la primera nos gustó mucho el contraste entre el bacon y el champiñón, mientras que de la segunda lo más rico fue una sabrosa y líquida yema de huevo que hacía mucho mejor una combinación de ingredientes que nunca falla. Además, en nuestro pedido también entraba una buena tarta de queso y un rico coulant de chocolate que complementaron nuestra noche de pecado.
Good "Italian" restaurant. The food is great we can highly recommend the cheese 🧀 fondue for starters. It's great when you are on a date. Main courses where very good. The tiramisu could be a bit firmer but afterall we are not in Italy 😊
After an afternoon of shopping nearby. We wanted some apps and beverages. Came across this little market. We went into Parilla Argentina. They had blood sausage, so ya boi had to go in.

So, it's a fast food place so don't go in with high expectations but to be honest I had a pizza which was about €6 and was fine, son had a burger for about €5 and he said that was nice too. Two very large, very cold beers was about €5 and very welcome in the heat. For a very reasonable meal and drinks it's well worth a visit.
Great service,and very satsfactory food. Waiters had, big smiles and were very efficient. Special thanks to Maikol, who was amazing. we will be back.

ich habe wohl ein paarmal Ihrem Restaurant besucht aber gerne werde ich Stellungnahmen zu jeden einzelnen Punkten meine Bewertung
Unfreundliches Personal: es ging um einer ihrer marokkanischen Mitarbeiter, der nichts verstanden hat bei der Bestellung und auf einmal zwei Speisen serviert hat und am Ende ist es richtig eskaliert.
Arrogante Chefin: Sie haben auf die Situation völlig unprofessionell reagieren und dazu beleidigen auch mal gerne ihre Gäste, es geht um den Service hauptsächlich.
Völlig überteuert: Ein Carpaccio für 16 Euro oder ein Back Camembert für 13 Euro ist völlig überteuert im Vergleich mit der Konkurrenz.
Fazit: Nehmen Sie die Bewertung nicht persönliche, wie man auf ihre Antwort lesen kann und Sie sollten auch Kritik vertragen und daran arbeiten, anstatt Ihre Gäste zu beleidigen,.
Lösung wäre vielleicht den Gast einladen (natürlich zahlt er seine Rechnung selbst) um ihm überzeugen, dass es nur einmalige Fehler war und nicht die Normalität ist in ihr Restaurant.
Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag, wenn das Restaurant auch mal voll ist, aber höflich sollten man immer bleiben..

We have visited the restaurant few days ago and there are a lot of good things we have noticed. Food is very good. We have tried pasta, lasagna and children's menu. All was well prepared and tasty. Children's menu is large for a 10+ years old and very tasty. Service was very good.
Only downside is that you have to wait at least 5-10 minutes to be seated, there is a limited number of wines to choose and it can be crowded in weekends

Do not go here. My pasta was fine but my friend ordered the carbonara and it was disgusting. It tasted like it came out of a packet. The waiters were rude, they threw the napkins and the cutlery on the table and we had to place it down ourselves. We felt really unwelcome. The food was also pretty expensive in comparison to other places.

The food here is delicious, the pizza looks and has lots of flavor and the fries have this seasoning that tastes incredible! This place is definitely a must go if you happen to be in the area

Restaurant Manager passed by us a couple of times, we were waiting 15 minutes for the order to be taken; so we had to intercept a waiter… the problem is that there were 4 tables and 5 waiters… little problem..
Mozzarella di buffala 100% DOP is just horrible… honestly… perhaps may they have to change supplier ?
Same for the truffle, so many black spots “truffle-like” in the dish but 0 taste !! Not even summer truffle…
1 star goes for the pasta that was very well cooked and good quality
1 star for the decoration, that is just awesome !!! Congrats to the decorator-architects !!!

Probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I opted for the Gorgonzola and pear pizza. Gorgonzola from a bottle, pear from a can. Warm, not hot. The base was like a sourdough v bread rather than pizza base. Nothing redeeming about it. Ok, the terrace maybe. Come here if you have very little money and no taste buds. Note, it was €4.90.... yes I know...
Excellent dishes and coffees! Waiters were very kind and polite. Looking forward to come back again!

Add on it rude staff she should be a daughter of the owner acting very bossy.
They didn't even ask the reason we didn't eat.

Cheap for a snack and a beer.. 2 big beers with patatas brava’s for 5,40 not bad..Also had chicken tenders with fries for 3,90 snackbar quality its good for the price👍

Nice little restaurant, pizzas are very cheap, paid seven euros for mine. The waiter is very friendly, pizza would require some more cheese tho in my opinion.

I ordered the 3 Quesos y Porcini medium pizza. It was a little light on the cheese and mushrooms for the price, but still tasted nice. Great sauce flavor. Restaurant is clean and staff friendly.
Husband and I went for lunch with our sister in law. She told us that this place served a nice food. Anddddd yes! She's right! The decor is on point, lots of menus, homemade pasta, service could be improved. ohhhh their menu del dia is fabulous 18€. One thing that bothers me as a customer is their toilet. The lights are annoyed me, they should fixed it. Hehehe
We loved our Hawaiian pizza with pineapples. This is the medium I believe 33cm for $7.50. The selection includes options for vegetarians, meat lovers, and of course different types of cheese pizzas. The menu has sides and desserts. A must try!!

Not good to go alone, hasn't slice options beyond jamón flavor or other types of size. So you have to order a whole pizza with only one flavor for you! So I asked to see how it was, choose one taste of shrimp, and there were only a few, very few shrimps, this doesn't look like the photo from the menu. The only thing I liked was the sauce.
The staff is very helpful and the food has been one of the most affordable and tasty food i have had in Seville. A portion of pasta costs only 3.9 euros. Same thing with pizza
Very good pizza and nice octopus. The fried calzone was good and vegetable pizza very good. Good location next Ciudad de las ciencias and they accept credit cards. The price are reasonable and the quality of food is very good.
