I am positively surprised at every aspect of this hotel. I was expecting just a regular hotel but the experience has been great. Service is excellent from everyone, amenities are great, they have an amazing lounge. The restaurant is delicious, fine dining level. Location is excellent. All around, I was very impressed.
I enjoyed my stay here but for the price I found it underwhelming. It is a good 8 to 10 minute walk to departures and arrivals. The executive lounge was not worth the extra money, everything just felt a bit tired. I opted for a room with a sauna but even after being on for over an hour it would not go over 50. Not worth the extra cash. In summary opt for the cheapest room and don't expect much.
The experience was very good. To get 10/10 rating it would have been great to have the body lotion, shower gel to be refilled and bubbles for the bath. Also, I would recommend for the Nordic breakfast to have cured salmon instead of cooked one and the pancakes to be ready instead of making them on your own as the idea behind paying the amount of money for a high standard hotel is to be served. Overall very recommended!
A big disappointed in the welcoming of the guest, everything is extra, even a bottle of water which is standard nowadays in all hotels worldwide.
We were happy to receive a present for our dog but a bowl would have been really convenient for our dog to eat or drink.

Overpriced with 170€ for one night and one person, leaky shower cabin causes flooded bathroom floor after showering, dirty furniture and TV remote, old electronics, broken TV panel with dead pixels and fridge door that doesn’t close.

Excellent airport hotel with clean rooms and great service. In the world of airport hotels, and Hilton ones for that matter, this has been one of the nicest i have stayed yet.
I had an efficient check-in with excellent member recognition and a quick introduction to the hotel. My room was clean, spacious and quite beautiful with light colored interior, high quality appliances, a extremely large bed and a well thought out layout. The small integrated side table next to the bed is one design detail of many that give this room an overall sense if quality.
The facilities like sauna, gym and executive lounge are all very good and enough for an airport hotel. Breakfast is also good with one of the beat selections for people with food allergies that i have ever encountered. Staff is also an absolute joy- that can make a real difference in your morning routine.
Overall impressive hotel that i would love to come back to.

Big, modern hotel with all the amenities. Great staff, good restaurant, play-area for children, a snack bar, sauna that is open until very late (23:00)... you name it. Rooms are spaceous, modern and pretty luxurious. Even the toilet has a phone. Just a stone's throw from the airport main hall.
Perfectly fine airport hotel with excellent sound insulation. The rooms would benefit from a design upgrade and the executive lounge offering was quite depressing. Service was great, though, and as Hilton Gold I received a double upgrade to an Executive Plus room with a small sauna in the room.
Cheap hotel. Parking is payed extra. No air-conditioning in the room and original solution for fresh food storage (refrigerator with lockers). Lidl market is about 5 minutes away if you need to resupply.

I feel a bit contradicted about this hotel. We stayed two nights. The hotel decent, but if they would fix a few annoying issues it would be much better. First thing that caught my eye entering the hotel was the litter on the reception floors and tables. It was not busy, but no one bothered to clean up. Not during the entire day, nor night, through two shift changes. Only when I mentioned this finally in the morning they cleaned up - it took 30 seconds.
Another thing, in room 101 (which is nice if you need accessibility), the small window can’t be closed. The handle is missing, and reception could not find another one. The trouble is that the guests who smoke want to spread their poisonous smoke to other people and just step outside of the rear door to smoke, right below the hotel windows. The smoke comes through the window. The hotel could at least point the smokers further away, and provide a handle for the window.
Breakfast is so-so. We stayed in about 15 hotels this summer and this is the most basic breakfast. would be ok if the coffee wasn’t the worst I’ve had. It takes talent to make bad filtered coffee. The other day there was something off with the scrambled eggs, could not eat them after tasting.
On the good side the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Also I like the ecological thinking.

Average hotel. Perfect if you want hotel close to the Helsinki airport.

Had an unexpected stay here after Norwegian cancelled our flight. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfy. Appreciated the sheet/blanket setup rather than the twin duvets we got everywhere else. It's a quick, covered walk to and from the terminal.
One comment - the bathroom is set up such that when you turn the lights on, they shine on to the bed. If the other person is sleeping, this is not good. I get the opaque glass to let light in, but there should be some way to block the light getting out. That combined with a mirror placement that pretty much shows the entire bathroom to someone sitting at the desk, needs some re-engineering.
Otherwise, our stay was a pleasant respite under less than ideal circumstances. Thanks Hilton

This hotel was so Bad because we were waiting For our Room about 2 hour and after 2 hour we understood we must go For take Room kard key to The fennada hotel , and no one explane to us.Also The Room was so dirty, on The bed was red hair.

I asked for a quiet room, got a studio (one room) flat in a row house, with the forest in the back and a small table with two chairs.

Huone järjesty neljälle moottoripyöräilijälle lyhyellä varotus ajalla. Henkilökunta ( vanhempi rouva) todella mukava. Lämmitti meille saunanki erikseen vaikka kello oli jo iltamyöhä. Aamupalaahan tähän ei kuulunut. Mutta huoneessa oli keittotasot /pieni keittiö varustus. Sauna oli iso ja siisti ja sängyt oli hyvät. Tullaan uudestaan jos satumme taas nurkille.
Kiva hostellityyppinen majoitus. Maksu vain käteisellä. Kiva paikka piipahtaa motoristinä.
We only visited the spa. The pool section itself is very small, but the additions such as the multiple different saunas, the salt room and the heat chairs all combine into a unique relaxing experience.
The price 56e per night is worth to have international continental breakfast.

Not very impressed with this Hotel, my room was poor at best, with little space for my clothes, there was a Kettle, and its possible to get tea from the reception area. Its ok for a few days, however not for a week or more.
The interior is showing its age and could do with a deep clean and an investment of upgrades or renovation.
Cant complain about the breakfast, lots of choice , fresh and plentiful.
There is limited parking and charged at €9/day, some covered.
The Hotel staff are very polite and welcoming.....updated 12/95/23....I returned, this time, different floor, better room.....little cleaner and it felt better.........staff are still the best part, polite and friendly

This is a really good getaway place. We were able to relax well, the Lake was really near the Spa so that was nice, their Höyry sauna is the best thing for me ♥️
Good things about this hotel: close to the train station and to the center of the city. Quite good breakfast.
But I am very sorry for a very bad experience with my daughter. She is allergic to dust and red mites. In our 6 night stay, since minute 1 she had an allergic rush. No sleep with hard coughing all the week. We didn’t figure out why… I am attaching the pictures to constate the absolute lack of cleaning and vacuuming. The furniture has a thick coat of dust. The carpet of the hallway is full of dust (see the picture when I pass my fingers). It was exiting the elevator and immediately she had red eyes and tears rolling down with hard cough. Not even a single day in a week I have seen anyone vacuuming the hallway nor cleaning the dust of the rooms.
We had to start corticoids at the third day for my daughter, besides the antihistamine. At 4 am twice we almost call 112.
I finally figured out that putting the mattress on the floor of the bathroom (tiled from floor to ceiling and with a vacuum system for the fumes) would ease the enormous reaction.
I am very sorry. One star is too much already.

Due to entrence directly from the garage, I expected not so much of the hotel. However , I was very surprised. Nice reception, friendly and sweet recepionist, and the room was very good. Located by the railway station makes it easy to enter for travellers.

Very modest rooms, crummy shower, no sanitary shower. When we came there was no cups or glasses to drink from. Only kids in the same corridor, made noise until late at night. Nearest reception is a 10 min walk away.
A lovely, family-owned spa. Excellent views to the river (that looks like a large lake). Very friendly staff and few visitors (at least day-time on Wednesday and Thursday, when we visited). Just one wish: In the spa area there's a lot of natural light and moisture, so it feels totally useless that the plants there are plastic - there are so many real plants that would thrive there.

Great hotel with modern and creative interior design and we loved the tree smell in the hallways it smelled like u were walking around in the nature. A few brown stains and some dust on the room that wasn't a problem for us tho but might be for others. And our room had one of the best beds I've ever slept in easily worth the money!
Bed was extremely comfortable, a few stains in our room on the bed linen and the chair but what can you do. The room we took was quite small but worth the 80€ price tag. Service was friendly and good.

Well worth the 5 stars in this price range. A nice modern hotel close to the centre. Rooms have everything you need. Very good breakfast. Complimentary hot beverages 24/7. Small parking lot by the hotel, they offer more free parking space close to the hotel.

Breathtaking landscapes, spacious rooms, delicious food, spa, sauna, lake front promenade... I keep this hotel one of thr best in Finland. It suits perfectly for a retreat with its silent surroundings. But if in need of night life, clubs and resto are a walk away in downtown. If you want to see Finnish Nordic nature in its best, it is a must.
