We really enjoyed the hamburgers as we were looking for an alternative to the local cuisine after 5 weeks in Italy. We would highly recommend their other offerings but the hamburger with bacon and egg was excellent
I recently dined at an Italian restaurant that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The pasta dishes were simply outstanding, bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The ambiance was cozy, and the service impeccable. A must-visit for any pasta lover!
We tried Pannini con polpo. It was tasty, but not one of top 20% we have tried in Bari. Prices are a bit higher compared to other places.

Fantastic little spot to grab a sandwich to go in Lucca. Tons of choices for fresh sandwiches made to order. They were delicious! Highly recommend

The only thing that's weird is figuring out the ordering system which we didnt, just stood in line (but nevertheless we got the food without any complaints from the staff)

Il format è quello di una paninoteca stile americano e la quantità di ingredienti per comporre i panini è enorme. Il prezzo di ogni panino è molto conveniente, e da la possibilità di mangiare un panino con la bevanda a soli 6 euro. Il panino più piccolo, ovvero il medio è già molto grosso e sazia, in quanto viene riempito con una grande quantità di ingredienti saporiti. Il posto ideale per passare una serata diversa con gli amici, sicuramente ci ritornerò!

The food was disrespectful to the Italian kitchen(!, see the pictures).
Three cannelloni (€9,50) of which the inside was extremely cold and the outside extremely hot. It tasted like frozen supermarket warm-up lassange. Also, the inside seemed to be sifting. The price quality rate was absurd.
Pizza Salami (€9) had a very thin bottom and crust. Tasted like it was pre-made, frozen and heated when ordered. Please look at the picture and see for yourself.
melanzane alla parmigiana (€12) was very oily and seemed from a can or microwaved. The eggplant was very soft and didn’t have any texture. Definitely pre-made or canned. Again, please look at the picture.
The vino a la casa wasn’t very tasteful and the wine glasses smelled very bad from the inside. We left it at the table.

Leurs hamburgers sont excellents, pas cher pour la quantité. Les gérant sont vraiment très gentils, c'est rapide et bon. Nous y sommes allés 2 fois avec mon conjoint et je recommande !
The service is terrible. Had to wait 30 min for my order. The cooker girl was working with open hairs and without gloves and was touching all ready food with her dirty hands. Music always play so hard that you are not even able to hear yourself Really really bad.
After trying several panini from the Puglia region of Italy I can say that the ones that are sold here are very very far from being good. This fast-food restaurant managed to turn something simple, fresh and pleasant into a bad quality fast food experience.
What are the reasons for my review?
*Sandwiches are pre-made, which ends with one of the main reasons why Panini can be good, they have them in exhibition (not sure for how long) and they just heat them before giving it to you.
*the ingredients are not fresh, not high quality, like you can expect from a +10 euro sandwich in Italy (check the photos of this review),personally I saw the store manager cooking using already used oil from a dirty glass jar. The capocollo used is one of the worst I ever tried in Italy, just saltiness and no flavour.
*the bread of course is not mushy/crunchy since was there already cutted for a long time, many other local shops offer better bread.
Besides the sandwich the installations are not good, there are more seats than space for people, there is no soap of any kind in the bathroom and it is not clean at all.
My advice is to go away from Bari hypes and to explore the small towns where you will find much better quality food.

Excellent sandwiches. Been coming to Lucca on and off for several years for work and always stop by for a quick lunch. Huge list of fillings, both traditional and creative. My favorite is #29. The 2 ladies who run it are wonderful and you can practice your Italian with them.
Food is delicious, service wonderful, but we ordered drinks together to food and were super surprised not in a good way once we needed to pay. Beer 0,5l was 8 euros and aperol-spritz was 10 eur. Have not seen such prices for a very long time.
Great food, terrible service. The girl that served us was looking at us like we were garbage. And they only serve espresso. No coffee with milk.

Situated in a nice area however the staff is terrible...the panzerotti are mediocre at best ..that act they are doing you a favor to serve you ... they forgot about my food had to go back and ask for it...I rarely give a bad review they are not busy tables are dirty and full of stuff from previous customers .. Very unfortunate..Hopefully the management will get some people that take pride in what they do!!!
Excellent sandwiches—I had a #12 (truffle spread) and my husband had #28—both were very fresh and delicious, and affordable. The women who helped us were cheerful and friendly, and clearly care about the work they do. It is mostly for take out, so we sat at a bench just outside of the place and enjoyed some beer with our lunch. Highly recommend!
Nice and juicy roasted pork, fresh bread and many different sides that you can choose to the bread.
Their service is very poor. You have to wait alot in order to get the food. So if you are in a hurry this place is not suggested for you.
Good Italian sandwiches as fast food standard, didn't try their Pizza but sandwich and fries are great, reasonable prices with good sitting.

What an awesome place! From the entrance, the sandwiches look amazing. The staff is very cool, speaks English and the place is very cozy. Sandwiches of course are delicious! And you have to taste their panzerotti's!
The food was fine, but the staff is so unfriendly... The girl was treating us like we wanted food for free... They forgot one of our pizzas and then after 20 minutes got angry when we asked about it...
In my opinion, this place is receiving more praise than it deserves. The long queue of people waiting is off-putting, and none of the staff members are capable of speaking English. Despite my girlfriend's knowledge of Italian, she struggled to understand their strong dialect. Thankfully, a helpful local in the queue came to our rescue and translated for us. However, the person behind the bar showed a lack of effort by skipping our order and attending to someone else.
The quality of the food is below average, especially when compared to other establishments in Bari. Considering the price, it would be more worthwhile to dine at a decent restaurant with better service. Three stars seem sufficient to reflect my experience.

Delicious Sandwiches! Ate here almost every night I was in Bari. Unfortunately I don’t speak Italian but it was still easy to order and I enjoyed every bite of my sandwich
Tolles Panini. Es gibt Sparmenüs mit Pommes und Getränk. Preis-Leistung ist super und der Geschmack war sehr lecker. Man kann die Panini so vielem belegen wie man möchte. Ein fertig gegrilltes Spanferkel ist in der Auslage. Das haben wir natürlich getestet. Das Fleisch war super gewürzt und sehr zart. Es gibt natürlich auch noch viele andere Panini-Varianten.

Had a quick stop to takeaway their "Italy" pizza. Surprisingly tasted good and pizza was warm. The saleswoman couldn't really speak English but everything sorted out quickly

The restaurant exudes a vibrant ambiance, bustling with cheerful patrons, although securing a table might pose a slight challenge due to its popularity.
Women run, small street food shop, Tuscan style. Best and wild choice - 40 different sorts, of really juicy panini. Vegetarian type also on offer, with tasty cooked veggies I actually ordered . A mandatory food pitstop in Lucca. Do not miss it, worthwhile the waiting!

Very tasty food with good staff. But it's fast food restaurant - perfect if you are in a hurry, but not if you wanna enjoy a glass of wine + dinner in a good atmosphere.
We found this place in the middle of our walk. The staff are nice and helpful the food looks good . I took a sandwich with meat and he was excellent. Also, we try the arranccinno with meat and mozzarella, and it was less successful.
I usually don’t leave bad ratings but this place was really disappointing. Very bad price/quality ratio. Vege panini was cold, fat and not tasty but at least eatable. Pork plate was AWFUL. So much fat that you simply can’t eat it. Plate portion was small for such a price. However, staff is friendly, that’s the only upside

I stumbled by this little gem by accident. We were hungry and this satisfied all our craves. I had the roast pork and it was delicious, my wife had the smoke salmon, my son had the salami, and my daughter had the mozzarella, basil and tomato sandwich. All were delicious. The owners were extremely friendly.

Loro invece pure di incassare hanno continuato ad accettare ordini, pur sapendo di non poter consegnare.

Eine hervorragende Panetteria im Zentrum von Bari mit einem reichhaltigen Angebot an Speisen und Getränken. Spezialität ist pulled Pork und Gemüse frisch gemacht auf der griddle-Platte. Junges freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und günstige Preise.

Adesso l’unico obiettivo della catena é l’ aumento dei prezzi a fronte di un risparmio sulle materie prime , sulla quantità e persino sulle suppellettili (quando sono andato io non mi sono stati dati bicchieri, posate e persino i tovaglioli). scordatevi aria condizionata e riscaldamento: costano troppo e riducono i markup e i ricavi. D’estate sentirete solo l’afa insopportabile di Milano che scioglie i dessert d’inverno sentirete il freddo siberiano che spazza la scalinata della stazione in cui è ubicato il locale e che trasformerà la pizza malamente scaldata in un mattoncino freddo e triste difficile da ingerire. Non me la prenderei con le commesse, eseguono gli ordini e non sono antipatiche , l’esperienza resta tuttavia amara e, dato l’alto numero di locali e pizzerie presenti in zona, decisamente da non ripetere.

Great traditional pork panino. Only 1 Euro extra to add any drink you want if you go for the menu. Definitely visit it if you're in the area!

Super tasty sandwhiches you can fill with everything you want. Meat is very good quality, provided by one of the best butcheries in town. The best after a saturday night around. You haven't been in Bari if you havent been here.
The hamburgers was not tasty at all, the mushroom inside the burger it’s disgusting and not fresh one , the meat looks like boiled then grilled it’s well done but still pink inside , we couldn’t eat it unfortunately we throw it away .

La migliore porchetta di NAPOLI buone anche tutte le altre specialità. Ragazzi giovani dinamici disponibili e educati. In genere prendo il panino e vado a consumarlo di fronte su via Tasso su un comodo muretto con la vista più bella del mondo: la veduta della città!!!! (Se ci andate lasciate pulito)

Terrible place. Bad food. Dirt everywhere and worms. Io sconsiglio.
The food was ok, nothing special. The problem was that no one was speaking English. We weren’t able to quite understand what we can order if it weren’t the 2 or 3 photos at the back. Only one guy was speaking English on a very basic level and it was pretty much impossible to made a conversation with him.
Locale tranquillo e con tavoli all'esterno protetti da una veranda con tende. Menù abbastanza articolato, opto per una cheesesteak con funghi (nel panino) che si rileva davvero buona. Anche il misto grigliato con 3 tipi di carne (pollo, salsiccia e manzo) è ottimo e servito al piatto con patatine fritte. Normale la scelta di birre, provata una rossa alla spina gustosa ma non eccellente. Prezzi abbastanza contenuti, ed è un merito e fa venire voglia di tornare perché il rapporto qualità/servizio/prezzo è competitivo. Personale cordiale.
Abbiamo ordinato dei panini tramite una nota applicazione. Magari sarebbero stati anche buoni, ma sono stati consegnati solo dopo un'ora e mezza dall'ordinazione e a quel punto avevamo preferito cancellare l'ordine. Meglio rivolgersi altrove.

Flat coke, tasted like fake coca cola(it came in a glass). We told them it tasted strange. They said, that they tasted it and that there is nothing wrong with it. I received it in the same glass(how did they tasted it(????)).

(a few persons in our group are really choosy but they all loved the pizza (pepper+arugola, another one was with brokoli). Also they sell tab beer for a very reasonable price (0.4 at 2 EUR). So everything that you need for a quick lunch is there. Locals buy take away here as well.

Before we had even ordered we had racked up a bill of 4 euros cover plus 5+ euros for eating outside. I ordered a large beer which was not large by any stretch of the imagination and even the small glass it was served in was not full. My wife's drink didn't arrive at all so she had to ask again for a small beer. We ordered 4 main courses with a few sides but only 3 mains were served... I eventually got mine (with undercooked spaghetti) after the the rest of my family had finished eating. Didn't want to stay for dessert after this service so asked for the bill... This was wrong as we had been charged for the first small beer that didn't arrive.
The food was ok but expensive and the service was too slow. This was my first experience of Lucca and I'm sure there must be much better places to eat. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Very low standard food, high prices, extremely slow service. €5 got two of the tiniest scoops of ice cream. An embarrassment to all of the gelato we've had on our trip so far.
