Beautiful place with really quick and professional service. The food was the best Italian food I ever had in my life and I am a picky eater. Truly everything I ate was spectacular, you need to come here if you are craving Italian food! Cocktails were also strong and affordable.

We were very apprehensive about coming after reading some of the reviews but decided to try it anyways. Wish we didn’t. Food is an elevated Olive Garden at best. Our food wasn’t even hot, barely warm. Just save your money and go somewhere. Sorry, and I’m not that hard to please with food. The pasta was too cheesy and the sauce tasted watered down.
Cool place and good food, the appetizers are worth trying, they have a very tasty zucchini carpaccio as well as the burrata. Better if you seat at the terrace as you get park view.
I couldn’t wait to leave the restaurant before writing this review. Firstly, the service is top-notch, especially by the manager, Norbert, who exudes calmness and attention like the one you can only experience at a fine dining restaurant. The food is exceptional. The beet salad is a must-try, probably one of the best I've ever had. I also thoroughly enjoy the pasta; full if flavor and fresh. Unfortunately, I didn't have room for dessert, which seems like the perfect excuse for a return. Highly recommend.
It’s been so long since the last time I visited, I founded renovated, unfortunately the service was meh, went at brunch time, so the busy hours was finished, It took close to 10 min for someone to approach to take my order, very simple, juice, coffee and Benedict’s. The coffee never arrived, the Benedict eggs came cold, and when I complained it resulted that the manager was the person who served me! There are so many other places around. Don’t bother!!

All the pastas are made there and you can tell, they are amazing the papardelle was so good something totally different, the lasagna and the ravioli prosciutto was so creamy full of flavor!
The tea, the tiramisu and the cheese with berries gelato were the perfect way to finish our meal!

Pretty bad experience. We used to like this restaurant. The order notes were all messed up by the waiter/cashier (they made the mistake) they offer to make it ok for us for a fee (really?). Paid the bill and left the cold and incorrect food they served. Not even an apology. They really need a review on their personnel.
The food is good, pizzas in special are the best in restaurant in my opinion. The service is good and the valet parking have cost and tips are additional. You can spend per person between 200 to 400 in average.
Chic Italian spot with great starters, superb freshly made pasta, and an intimate vibe. Little on the pricy side, but worth it given how happy I left. 😎
Only visited it once so take it with a grain of salt but we had 2 appetizers (croquettes and fried gnocchi), 2 mains (truffle pasta with white bechamel-like sauce and little shell-shaped pasta with meat) plus tiramisu and every single thing was delicious.
I also enjoyed their unusual, tunnel-like decor and them accommodating no reservation.
Good drinks and decently priced. Would come back to try more things or just enjoy the same ones.

Great position. Nice decor inside and out. Service is good and price reasonable. Great to visit on a sunny day, as it is in the corner of a well kept quaint park. Enjoy a coffee or beer. Food was good. Worth a Sunday relaxed visit.
I’m not lying when I say this is my absolute favorite restaurant! The atmosphere is great, the food is phenomenal, the portions are big, and the prices are reasonable! I wish I lived nearby to eat there once a week!
When we visit Guadalajara (4 times a year) our family trips to Napoles are always a highlight! Last night’s dinner was as good as ever, calimari and tuna sharing starters, pizza and pasta mains, great craft beers, service and ambiance. We’ll be back!

I think so far those have been the best " enchiladas" that I had all my visits in Loreto! fantastic service, staff super friendly and food delicious!! we have to support this kind of businesses that pays taxes and benefits for their employees will always come back there! thank you so much!!
The food here was super tasty and I probably ate the best tasting Panini I have ever had. Good service, clean restaurant with excellent service and located on the first floor for easy access.
Friendly, a bit humid inside. We are using the coupon which comes with the hotel room. You may only order the “Americano” with this coupon. Delicious waft of syrup as you enter. Christian was our waiter, so friendly, broken English to match my broken Spanish. Everyone speaks coffee though. The following is just my opinion. Your experience may differ.
Food: Coffee excellent, eggs with ham; tasty. Hash brown, ok, refried beans don’t taste fresh. Fruit or orange juice; I chose fruit. Normally I detest papaya but wow this was good! Toast is standard Bimbo bread, we will choose tortillas tomorrow. Can’t say enough about the service; such a professional, friendly group.
Edit: day 3. Slllooooowwwwww. If you have an appointment for whale watching go 2x early than you think for breakfast.

My favorite restaurant whenever I am in Guadalajara for work. Love the portobello appetizer, and salmon dinner.
Kudos to the chef! I had the best chilaquiles at this place in the entire peninsula during my vacation. They are superb and served with a generous portion. Service was also very friendly. It was the best part of my time at Loreto - highly recommended!

I liked what i ordered, it tasted freshly prepared, the sweet potato chips are not the best I’ve tried, but they were ok. I little bit disappointed with the sangria, but maybe I expected too much from a mall food court. The employees were attentive. I waited less than 10 minutes for my food.
The place is really Nice, small, and cozy. It's clean, and the Cutlery comes un plastic bags with napkins.

They have plates to eat for children, princess got My nice, something good for the kids and parents.

Great italiano place!! The menu has a good diversity, the food was really good and the service was fast, even considering that we were a group of 20 plus people. The truffle pizza and their gnocchi are a must. I'll say that the pizza is actually the best in town

Superb food and great wine. Restaurant feels cozy, excellent service. A must if you're in the area. Save some room for desert.
