The girl at the cash register mistreat foreigners (who do not understand Polish) and coffee was so hot
Nice place and vibe but it is not my first choice because of customer service unfortunatelly
Maybe it was my luck. It was still an hour before the place closed and there were a couple of people in the hall, but the behavior of the staff looked like I was interfering with their work. After about 5-7 minutes they paid attention to me and the girl took the order and that not correctly. Having received only a part I asked where the rest but they were in no hurry to take the order again and I had to wait again for the staff with a dissatisfied face and sighs. The cafe looks super and the coffee is delicious but I will hardly come back because of the staff.
Happened twice now. Ordered 2x2 items and received only one of each. The fact that I waited 1 hour just to have some things missing is frustrating.
Najgorsze miejsce w Zielonej Górze. Zamówiłam czekolady z owocami jako deser , za kwadrans dostała niepełny kubek zwykłego kakao !!! Obsługa bardzo niemiła , powiedziała , że ja złe zamówiłam, a oni podali "to , co jest". Nie polecam nikomu.

What a beautiful place. I drank an amazing specialty coffee espresso. And took away several bags of different coffees to try at home. Great experience.

Great pastries, good coffee. Smidge expensive but it's a higher end cafe. No complaints. We got 2 pastries and 2 cappuccinos for 60zt. Worth a try if you're not on a huge budget
I wish I can give more than 5 star for atmosphere and service.
Everything is well managed. Food is good. We had pizza and burger and both were delicious.

A gem hidden at heart of old town Warsaw. Sneak on to second floor and enjoy a quiet cafe and yummy cakes..
Delicious Italian dishes served in enough portions. Probably one of the few places you can find some nice food to eat at around 22:00. 😌

Atmosphere is quite nice, lots of board games and there is a friendly vibe. The only minus for me was the sparkling water, which was not really sparkling. I also took a second glass, and that also was not sparkling. Advice for the staff: if your bottle of sparkling water is nearly finished, the water left is not sparkling, so you should not serve it to the customers. This means you should open a new bottle. For the lovers of sparkling water, these details are quite important.

Amazing quality coffee & sweets! Stumbled here during a walk and ordered a latte, flat white, black currant pastry, and a lemon honey pastry. Coffee was high quality and tasty. Well prepared. The pastries were excellent. Sweet yet well balanced with a tart profile. Extremely well paired flavors. Place has a good atmosphere and a nice patio seating area outside.
Prices, for Polish standards, are on the expensive side. However, the quality warrants this. Definitely aimed at foreigners and hotel customers, but either way, worth the experience! Would recommend.

The waitress is slower than a sloth, took me 15 minutes to prepare one coffee and people waiting behind me got their orders first, so stupid and frustrating, just quit the job if you’re not good at making a simple coffee

Cudowne miejsce! Jedzonko najwyższej jakości, kolorowe, zdrowe i zbilansowane smakowo. Kawa przepyszna i aromatyczna. Obsługa przemiła, spędziliśmy tutaj nasz ostatni w Zielonej Górze poranek, w uroczej atmosferze, przy pysznym śniadaniu w ogródku przy kawiarni. Będziemy to długo wspominać!

It's Classic starbucks but the attitude of the employee is not customer oriented.

Probably the most atmospheric coffee space we have seen in Warsaw. The coffee is amazing, professionally made and served with perfectly good taste. I adore the idea and style of cafe situated in the centre of the city, but carefully hidden in old buildings. This place is enjoyable for friends evenings. Now we have good memories and lovely place to come back.
The cake and coffee were delicious. The location was great and the staff mostly nice. I say mostly, because we didn’t feel welcome by the waitress going by the name of ‘Maria’. She doesn’t really seem to like her job and when I was asking her what the honey cake was, she just said ‘it’s a cake with honey’. I wanted to go there again today, but honestly, I decided against it because of her. I didn’t want to be waited by her again.

When I was in Krakow on business, I was searching for recommendations on where and what to eat, and that's when I came across that particular establishment. I went there because I thought it would be interesting to see, and I am very happy that I did. I went for the ribs and got a couple of drinks to accompany them. I really liked how flavourful the ribs were, and overall, I had a great time eating there. If you want to eat something delicious, you should definitely consider doing so!

One of the best places to play board games with friends and have a great time. The place is colourful, full of beautiful graffiti and with unlimited options of board games. Drinks and food are normally priced and the place is self service. Probably will need to book a reservation upfront, because usually its full.

Miejsce bardzo przyjemne. Smaczne desery, średnie cappuccino okazało się dużym. Prawdziwym atutem kawiarni jest możliwość zakupu kawy, a wybór jest naprawdę bogaty. W jego dokonaniu pomogła bardzo miła, uprzejma i uśmiechnięta Pani, którą bardzo pozdrawiamy :) wskazała różnice, dostosowała wybór do preferencji. Wszystko złożyło się na wysoką ocenę i ochotę na powrót w to miejsce.

This is a true hidden gem. The place is excellently designed to the details, atmosphere is calm an cozy. Vast offer of coffees as well as lunch ideas. Staff is friendly and prices are in line with similar places. They are open on Sunday morning!

Nice place with a beautiful interior. Very tasty coffee. Great location for those who work nearby, definitely a must-have visit. A lot of food to grab, which actually reminded of Green Cafe Nero, they serve the same pies and cookies, I guess it’s the same provider – then for sure should be delicious. The difference is that here you can come to drink something as well. The atmosphere inspires to do so.

Quite pricey. Coffe for 15zl up and 🍰 for next, but it's great company. You feel like in metropolitan or in London....I came back home and made myself delicious coffee.

Big WOW! Excellent cafe with a wonderful atmospheric interior! Very friendly staff! Delicious coffee, tea, cakes! They deserve 6 stars! … Caffe is located in a very special, historic place (see the picture attached)!

We were recommended to visit this restaurant in our hotel. The two kilometer walk was very worth it. Staff was nice, friendly and was okay with ordering in English. The menu is only in Polish, but still fine to decode by Czech tourists. We were offered a kid's stool, crayons and toys for the kid to keep entertained. There is also a small playground. The place is pretty big, spacy, open and cozy. The menu is appropriately big and the choice is fine. Choose from pizzas, Italian cousine, burgers, ribs and salads. Gnocchi with mushroom sauce is a good choice for kids and it's very tasty. So it's the BBQ burger. Big one, with fries and will satisfy big gourmets. Caesar salad is a classic that you can never go wrong with. We were very satisfied here and can recommend the place. Prices are absolutely okay for a place like this. Of course you can pay by card.
The lemon tart is amazing and it's a good combination along with a cup of coffee! Recommended!

We spent a lovely couple of hours here, atmosphere is nice. But the service could be quicker, even though the girls were pretty friendly. We liked everything we ordered but to my taste macarons are not airy enough (compared to those I’ve tried elsewhere) and desserts could be more delicate, meaning all of them had quite strong flavors. It was surprisingly great to see free disposable face masks available!
This place fulfills all the criteria to be called a perfect coffee shop!😍 An aesthetically pleasing design, affordable prices, delicious food, variety of amazing teas (so important for non-coffee drinkers😄), very friendly stuff!😊 Great place to study/work at or to hang out with friends at (talking from my own experience). Classic Starbucks but smaller. The service was ok. It would be nice if they write name on the coffee of cups, it gives the Starbucks vibes.

Very relaxed board game cafe. Not a normal cafe where you can play a boardgame, but a real one where boardgames come first, with a decent selection of games. Unfortunately most of them only in Polish, but some English were in the cupboard as well. And it's not hard to find an English PDF online for most games anyway.
You just pick a game, write your name and the game on the list, and after you are done you cross it off again.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Przytulne wnętrze i ogrodek z widokiem na blokowisko (dla mnie to plus). Kawa w przystepnej cenie. Zabrakło mi tylko wielkości kawy na tablicy. Z chęcią wypiłabym większą.
Bardzo fajne miejsce na kawę. Szeroka oferta, przystępne ceny, miła i wykwalifikowana obsługa. Sam lokal jest mały, ale przytulny. Kawa bardzo dobra, umiejętnie przygotowana. Desery nie zachęcały specjalnie wyglądem, ale z polecenia baristy się skusiliśmy na kawałek sernika z jagodami, który rzeczywiście był przepyszny i świeżutki :) Gorąco polecam!
This was a very pleasant cafe to visit. At the time it was not very busy so seating inside was possible but there are also a few tables outside as well. The coffee selection is quite ample and the cappuccino I had was quite good. The ambiance is very hip and modern with global queues. I'd say pricing is fair and you would not be disappointed.

OMG!!! What a treasure to find in the city. It used to be a hat manufacturer and shop - now you can make chocolate there. They run kids and adults workshops and the service is amazing- they are open on Sunday. You can sit upstairs and drink hot chocolate and watch the workshops or customers or just drool about the chocolate on comfortable sofas. Highly recommended
They have to go coffee for 15 PLN. Price seemed high for the area but the coffee was good so we didn't mind.
I like it but they sometimes run out of Lapsang Souchong. It may be the best available but I feel I and my friends deserve to be able to visit any day you are open and buy it, not wait weeks for the next supply.
One of my favorite 100% chocolate (Ghana). At the store they also serve a different kind of 100% chocolate (Venezuela) as a rich drink. Love their roasted cacao beans!
Świetne herbaty! W tej chwili w Warszawie oryginalnie pakowane herbaty Dilmah to (moim zdaniem) jedyne herbaty o pewnej jakości, zwłaszcza kupowane w firmowym sklepie. Odważane są bardzo często fałszowane (niezależnie od firmy, nawet zasadniczo dobrej). Sam zaś sklep i herbaciarnia bardzo sympatyczne.
Bardzo miłe przytulne miejsce. Można napić się bardzo smacznej herbaty, zjeść kawałek ciasta, oderwać się od pędzącego wokół świata.
Można też kupić herbaty do domu oraz wszystko co może się przydać do ich zaparzenia.

Great place an authentic tea or infusion
This coffee shop believes they are professional however no cinnamon and dirty rooms prove they do not have quality service
I did a Chocolate bar workshop for adults and really enjoyed it! As an English speaker you will have to call in advance to make you have a printed script for the presentation. Also there was no English speakers in the show and tell but I have personally worked with chocolate before so I knew what was going on-others may not find this. But you get to play with melted chocolate and other treats and (lick the bowl) so I loved my little creation and recommend the workshop.
The place provides nice experience when it comes to making chocolate. The employees are very friendly, tell a lot of stories about chocolate and process of ita making; the atmosphere is cozy and nice. The place is perfect for both kids and adults.

They have work shops in english, russian and ukrainian :D Healthy and really tasty chocolate :) perfect pleace to spend nice time with friends or family (kids for example) You can to do your own chocolate or buy - I can recommend chocolate from Ghana or Samk Polski - Butter or Beer. Also delicious is sweet chocolate to drink, pralines and brownie cake :D :D love it !!!
