Nurse Stephen is very helpful, caring and knows how to deal with all our concern and query. He has good patient handling skills and able to connect to his patient by showing positive attitude.
Hospital facilty is great, rooms are hotel-like, cleanliness is always observed and maintained. Dr. Vishwanath is very professional and a good doctor. Highly recommended hospital. Great work!
Worst service I have ever faced.Waited for 5 hours but still couldn’t get to the doctor.I had left without going to the doctor
Too much waiting for emergency and referrals also .I waited for 4 hours then I went home without showing the doctor.
Excellent hygiene maintained in the patients rooms. Active attending in care and needs when ever needed. Very friendly staff specially the Nurse who treated my daughter Ms. Anitha.
Special thank you to Dr.Agish and his team for the attention and care given.
Jeneisa took care of me like no one! Thank you for your kindness and your patience. All the doctors were amazing. I’m glad and thankful. Ready to get better now 😊
“I recently had an experience at this hospital that truly stood out due to the exceptional professionalism and courtesy of the staff. The team, led by Dr. Agish, was deeply patient-focused, ensuring that every aspect of my care was attended to with the utmost attention and empathy. From the beginning of my treatment through to the end and even during the post-surgery period, Dr. Ajish and his team were incredibly supportive and helpful. Their dedication to patient care made a significant difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking medical care where they can feel genuinely supported and valued.”
The staff in Station 4 of Doha Clinic Hospital are polite and nice. They made me feel comfortable like a family with tender loving care. The doctors are friendly, cool and professionals. They are all brilliant and amazing.
Its an absolutely fantastic hospital, quality services, expert professionals, fast services in short I highly rate the facility.
I went with flu symptoms and after waiting for one hour, at 1am, doctor told me they only treat major emergencies like heart attack.
Horrible experience with Doha Clinic hospital when it comes to attending the patients, their behaviour lacks professionalism & they are rude. THEY CHARGE PATIENTS FOR
FOLLOW UPS TO MAKE MONEY. CONSULTING FEES IS BEEN COLLECTED ON THE 6TH DAY OF THE FOLLOW UP, THEY SAY ITS THEIR HOSPITAL RULES.

OTHER HOSPITALS GIVE 14 DAYS BUT DOHA CLINIC GIVES 1 WEEK AND CHARGES EXTRA MONEY.

BEWARE OF THIS AND CHECK AND GET INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTRATION.

NOT THR RIGHT WAY TO MAKE MONEY!!!
Such a disgusting and unprofessional behaviour of the staff here. Black Tan malbaari sitting at the document section looks like a “Bhangi” & and has pride upright. I spent entire month chasing for my health card as I got this centre online ,for stupid electricity bill I’m denied and I’m paying Medical fees from my pocket. Shameless don’t even have courtesy I was wounded and that “Bhangi” prevented me from getting health card. I’m a single female with no mother or father, husband or either brother, nothing. Treating an orphan so brutally. I stay in company accommodation. My company gave me letter head and Kahramaa for preparing health card, yet they denied. No courtesy to even dress me as I was bleeding 🩸 so much, sobbing in pain. The staff present here must be reminded that they are representing country’s health centre. I am an employee serving this country and not a random begger knocking your door that you got the rights to chase me and deny for public services. If a lady or a girl is single doesn’t mean she’s litter, waste or garbage. Treat them equally as a married female and should be provided with equal benefits as them. SHAME ON YOU: Airport Heath Centre.
Hi
Today I take my Daughter to Naseem Al Rabeeh because she was inserted something in her Nose, but when they checked her they told that the foreign body in her nose is too far, we can't do anything please take her to Hamad Hospital As soon as possible, I went there, one of the Nurse give me Number and tell me to wait for my turn, I request her to make it earlier because my daughter is not feeling well. At the moment she went to the Doctor and tell him my situation, she came out and call us for checkup, I really appreciate her effort which she did for me.
Then Doctor ask about the problem, I told him the whole story, he pick up his mobile call to one of the senior ENT Doctor, After few minutes the Doctor was there. Then he told me very calmly that this is Not a big problem. And his this sentence was more than a life for me. And then he told me close her one nostril and leave the other one open , which is having foreign body, and put your mouth on your daughter's mouth and blow air in her mouth with full pressure. I did the same twice and the foreign body comes out😊 I was Extremely happy.
He was Dr. Immam
The Genius Doctor.
Thank you Sir
I Salute you
I'm writing this review with the core of my heart.
May Allah bless you and you Family Ameen
May Hamad Hospital Touch the peak of Success.
The doctor wants me to visit first a health center and even medicine he don't like to give. But when I insisted he gave the prescription and ask me to go to pharmacy. But it looks like they don't want to treat any patient there.
Nothing called humanity specially in the second floor. And rude doctors and nurses who are mostly Indians in the morning shift have faced a bad experience.
Wrong map location, to be corrected
It's one of the best medicare in the world with high professional staffs
The worst health center i have ever been room 38 is very rude

When they confused people to go to the other room no need for numbers

Once you reach the other room they are asking for numbers

You have wasted your time no proper communication in all departments

Pharmacy is not very accommodating when you try to ask questions they will shut off immediately without hearing

Came with severe backache, my healthcenter is closed due to weekend. Ms Doctor after finishing her enjoyable chat with colleagues finely turn back to me, marked another couple of health centres with open emergencies and send me out advising to get a painkiller injection there..this is really weird to me,never experienced such careless service. .am not bothering ambulance service, I reached by coming myself, approached you seeking for a HELP. One health centre is closed, other rejected due to doctor busy schedule with their own patients. What a bad luck. Doctors shouldn't be like this.
my only question is who instructing these doctors to reject the patients ?! as long as I know nurse is making injections not a doctor on duty.
QR Medical center is dedicated for QR employee/staff in general, there is no out patient or whatsoever.

Just to clarify for any of you out there have a doubt on this facility.
Shockingly inefficient place with rude staff who cannot understand what phones are. It’s organised chaos.
Don’t use this phone no. I have called this no.for a week with no success. At my last call I was listed as no 5 but after 1: 20 hr listen to Muzak and finally my turn was up, they dumbed my call.
One star for at least telling me I'm in the waiting line..

I thought this kind of customer service belonged to the past, but apparently it still exists at QRMC
Tıbbi muayene merkezi
Kadınlarla klas ve nazik ilişkiler, hiç karışma yok. Kadın muayene bölümüne erkekler girmemeli (yasak)
the most terrible patient service, the service system is very low, to get to the doctor waited 6 hours, when she approached asked they answered that this is normal, not competent and not professional staff, they do not help absolutely anyone, if they come with pain they ignore and what measures do not accept, you have to wait for a very very long time and so a sick person cannot bear it, it's just awful, please pay attention to the time of patient service, I have never seen such a system, nowhere in another country is this horror straight , Very bad center ever
Excellent facility and very prompt service.
For a department called emergency, there is no sense of urgency from the nurses and doctors here. There is only one attending doctor and dozens of patients waiting. They cue monitor isn't working and you need to be alert and sharp so you can hear them calling for your number. But since you are sick, how can you be sharp and alert.
And oh, they have their own thing for caling out a number. It's not because you number is 628 doesn't automatically mean they your number will be called after 627. And if you ask the nurse why, they don't know
They chat around with each other without masks as well
All the staffs are really helpful and efficient, I had visited them for COVID testing for my travels, the team guided me in a proper manner and understood all my concern. They infact tried to help me when my flight got postponed overall this branch of PHCC is great.
The Falcon Souq, which is close to the Souq Waqif, is an interesting look into the sport of falconry, with a dozen or so shops that sell the birds and related paraphernalia, such as hoods, stands, gloves, leashes, and the like. The falcons can sell for $600 to as much as $100,000, depending upon the skill of a particular bird. There's even a falcon hospital on the grounds of the souq.

Falcons are generally kept hooded to keep them calm until their handlers wish to put them into "hunting mode." It was fascinating and a bit unnerving to be so close to these raptors.

Note that there is a "bird market" within the Souq Waqif. That market is NOT the falcon market, but specializes in other sort of birds as pets, e.g., parrots, pigeons, parakeets, and the like. The falcon market is nearby, so just ask one of the shopkeepers how to get to the falcon shops.
A place where you will find these mesmerizing Falcons in different sizes all at one place and also you will be amazed to see the varieties of accessories for the falcons all being made by made by hand.
Occupying an entire block just next to the large Souk Wafiq, this collection of small shops all setup pretty much the same, is worth a short visit ... there's probably 40 odd shops in the block and some spill over ones in the surrounds...you can walk around the block and see into the shops through the windows...it was June and about half the shops were empty, still plenty to see... all are pretty much the same so we just picked one at random to go into.... most have a large sandpit occupying the centre of the shop with wood stumps evenly space upon which the falcons are perched... there are a wide variety of falcons in terms of size and colours (and presumably hunting ability).... the shopowners are pretty cool about visitors and explain falconry and it's importance to Qatari culture... the owners let us hold a falcon using forearm guards for photos... pretty nice of them... was free as long as you showed genuine interest in learning about the practice... possibly not a great place in you are an avid animal lover BUT the birds do look well cared for.. maybe naive? .. the rest of the shop usually has all manner of falconry accessories and leatherworks, which is interesting as well... only requires less than an hour of your time..
