The manager is so friendly and nice.
Very friendly to kids too. The staff and security man are all kind too.
Take care of facility very well. Come to fix problem in the room very fast. 1min walk to Tops and 5mins walk to emquartier.

Parking fees for a short term guest are exceptionally high. 1000 baht for one day! Very unethical parking staff to treat people this way when the fees charged are not listed. I think a bit of dishonesty is happening with the man at the front gate. Other times ut was a normal price. He tried to add it to 1500 baht, but he knew even 1000 baht was unreasonable. It should be 5 star but for this man and we are family visiting for one day, the owners car wasnt even parked there!

บิลค่าส่วนกลางมาโคตรช้าพอไปถามบอกบิลยังไม่ทำพอเอามาให้ก็เลยวันจ่ายหวังให้โดนเสียค่าปรับแย่มาก ไปคุยกับเจ้าของตึกก็ชอบทำมึน คนแห่กันออกเพราะแบบนี้

From 23rd floor , the view is incredible, like a small village, have everything here , seven eleven, laundry shop, hairdresser, massage, clinic Botox , very quiet , nearby big c and BTS onut, i love this place so much

The best condominium on On-Nut road. The transportation to get there is very convenient like minibus (about 8 bath), bus, taxi motor bink (10 bath) or walking ( about 10 minutes from Sukhumvit Road ). In addition, the neighbors are very good they are Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, American and British. And there are many facilities such as swimming pool, fitness center, library, 7-11, salon, restaurant, laundry, parking and playground. Here’s the best for the family life.

ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า เดินทางสะดวก ระบบ รปภ.ดี ภายในโครงการจัดสถานที่ได้สวยงามเป็นระเบียบ รักษาความสะอาดดีมาก
มี 7-11 ขนาดใหญ่ของเยอะ มีสนามบาสมีสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนสขนาดกลาง
ผู้อาศัยก็ยังไม่เยอะเกินไป อาจเป็นเพราะคนเข้าอยู่ยังไม่เต็มแม้โครงการขายหมดไปนานแล้ว

Nice apartment building, with pool and gym. 7-Eleven and restaurant on premises and market next door. Night market and restaurants 5 minutes away. Very close to RCA. Easy to get taxi on streets. Far from metro, but easy to get a bike ride to metro.
