There are some small exhibitions at the -1 floor. Also has a nice bookshops (art/architecture, etc). There are different locations for taking pictures and designer details. You can also drink coffee/ eat inside.f Free entrance
Very cool concept and a fun way to spend a rainy afternoon in Istanbul. The building used to be a bank and they transformed it into a cool museum on the old Ottoman Bank, library, cafe and restaurant. The museum is on the ground floor and the 1st floor has the cafe and restaurant. The next floors have more seating and workshop spaces. It’s free to get in and the restaurant is decently priced. I only got coffee but it was tasty. I enjoyed watching the cooks in the open kitchen. Great spot to take some really nice photos as well, very instagrammable!

Great library, great workspace, and many other great resources.
My only complaint is the customer service in the canteen area. It's not just here, but it's common throughout Istanbul for many of the workers to be incapable of talking to customers with courtesy and kindness. It's as if they don't want the business. I now understand why there's not a strong Turkish tipping culture. If we fix this, Turkiye would be a much better tourist destination.

It is a great place to do some research. I came across a small book named "Su yolu haritası" it was very interesting book with some maps inside. I wonder if they have a pdf version of the book. Lately, I am interested in map, GIS.

Nice venue for Art and exhibitions as well as concerts. Interesting enough though not even one event starts on time. There’s always at least a 10-20 minutes delay from the announced start time 😎

Free to visit place. I was at weekend. No activities inside but you can go in and look around. Monumental building with amazing views. Cafe inside

This library is beautiful. An enchanting place where foreigners came to take picture. There is a restaurant too but I don't know if its halal or not.
As the weather was extremely bad and we didn’t want to be spending more money on museums, we decided to visit this place because it seemed like an interesting option. The boulding is beautiful, you can visit many floors and there’s a nice view at the top. The café is also good and the food was surprisingly cheap. Definitely worth visiting in my opinion
Resim sergimizi yaptık, "Eğitim Sanat" karma resim sergisi ile aratabilirsiniz. Çok tarihi bir yer. Mutlaka müzeye de vakit ayırın. Eski günlük eserler mutlaka görülmeli.

Salt Galata has many things inside that most of the people probably don’t know. In the first floor there is a library with working place on the left side of entrance. If you go straight you end up in a cafe and also neolokal (michelin star restaurant) kitchen. And on the upper floor from there is the restaurant itself. If you go up from the entrance you see workshops that’s been used for many occasions. And in downstairs there is a working place for graduate and phd students but if you ask to go in to the museum they lead you to the vault of the ottoman bank. Crazy place that you have to see. The old money and the other parts and the door everything is very nostalgic and fascinating.

An apparently popular and, rightfully, successful shop selling good quality art, not the mass produced stuff of the bazaars. We chanced on the place and ended up making a purchase. No pressure to buy. The owner was busy with three customers at once when we visited. He apologised he wasn’t able to spend more time talking to us. However he took the time needed wrap our item so made it home in prefect condition.

great place; seems like a public library. spent an hour just reading. first two floors are a small nonfiction library (400s-900s upstairs). have a decent rare books collection. spent the time reading a new book about the kashoggi murder (which occurred in Istanbul). free entry and staff kind but leave you alone. a great place to relax in quiet with a book for free.

Osmanlı’da padişahın, saray görevlilerinin, kısacası saraylarda kullanılan eşyaların sergilendiği bir galeri. Yer olarak Dolmabahçe sarayının yanında bulunmasına rağmen giriş bölümü biraz saklı kalmış gibi göründüğünden çok fazla ziyaretçi gitmiyor. Saray eşyaları sanat eseri niteliğinde görünüyor. Giriş ücretsiz.

Galeri olarak çok kolay ulaşılabilir bir yerde, içeride ki eserlerin kime ait olduğu yada sormak istediğiniz sorularla ilgili karşınızda bir muhatap yok. Yol üstü geçerken uğramak ve değişik bir şey yapmak isterseniz ziyaret edilebilir.

Zamanla benim için oldukça değişiklik gösteren bir Sanat Galerisi oldu. Artık her daim karşınız da bir muhatap ve sizinle ilgilenen insanlar var. Küçük olmasına rağmen devamlı iyi sanatçıların eserleri sergileniyor.

Yeni mekan yeni heycanlar istanbulda buluşuyor gerçekten harika atmosfer var istanbulun ve istanbul dışında gelen insanaları rahatça gidebileceği ve özgürce hissedebileceği enteresan ve cezbedici fotoğraflar ile karşı karşıya kalabiliyorsunuz. One of the fore front galleries in Istanbul. I visited it while the newest Oddviz exhibition. It is on until Oct 20. Look it up!
It is incredibly hot inside, no air contioning, no publicly avaible water. If hell would have art gallery this place might really do the job.

Mekandaki sergileri izlemek keyiflidir. Çok katlı Bu binada olsa her katında ayrı bir keyif duyulur. Genellikle kokteyli cumartesi günü olur. Galata bölgesinde bir sanat mekanı ararsınız neden bu Galeri Bu olmasın.
Dışı ve içerisinin dizaynı oldukça güzel ancak birçok sanatsever sergiyi takip etmeye gelince hava almakta zorlanıyorsunuzm. Havalandırma zayif. Yeri oldukça kolay. Ana cadde üzerinde.
A decent facility, the exhibition spaces were quite roomy and well lit, the shows are hit or miss as they cater to a more amateur level artists, but with the addition of the amphitheater it is serving a vital purpose in the heart of Ankara.
