Avra Restaurant 5oth @ 6th Avenue. Beautiful new place with soaring ceilings. Best food in lovely surroundings. Large bar area and the private rooms overlooking the space were perfect for a special birthday party or other festive/business occasion.

Hello! I was there to do a chair massage event and not to visit I'm in this area several times in a week for over 30 years. I am not a tourist. I lived and worked in the New York area all my life so this question is not relevant for me. Thank you! Google should know this!

Beautiful place to take a walk. In November through the end of January you can feel the holiday spirit along this street. but at anytime you can get the exciting and positive vibe of New York City here!

As I wasn't the one who reserved the room here, I can only speak my opinion. The check-in and elevator staff are very welcoming and friendly. I believe I ran across several floor/maintenance staff while in the fitness center. Their approach was much colder. The room is....different. I can explain it as what someone who moved into the city for the first time, or someone working through college. It is essentially a studio apartment. Very well-equipped, comfortable, and all in a small amount of space. Think of the hide-a-beds in the wall. Got one here, and once we figured that part out, the experience became pretty cool. I don't know if I would like to spend more than a few days putting the bed up so the sofa below it could be used, but a few days has a bit of novelty to it. Worth a try if you want a real NY apartment experience.

The absolutely worst rental agency I have dealt with. Avoid dealing with them at all costs. Most unhelpful and unprofessional staff.

This was a commercial space in the 1990's with spectacular views all around from the higher floors. I know, because I was employed by a company that cleaned the building.
The New York Post Newspaper 📰🗞️ is at this Address and is also one of the oldest Newspapers in New York and in the United States as well.

Building does not have air conditioning in common spaces. Hallways, lobby, elevators are 90+ degrees in summer months. Tenant air conditioning bills are very high, as each apartment is struggling to cool itself inside an oven.
The best place to live in NYC. Outstanding views on the rooftop. Safe, clean with the finest service!

Across from Grand Central the building is very well maintained, the people are friendly and professional. The Los Taco on 41st and park is the real gem of the building serving up peace and love with every bite.

Avoid renting from Metropolitan Equities at all cost! The building is falling apart and management could care less. The elevator in the building has been broken for almost a month now- older people and individuals with disabilities live in the building and nothing has been done to remedy the issue. Very unprofessional!
Unfortunately doormen don't always check the guests in the building.
20 Park is the best building and Stonehenge is an extremely professional and pleasant management company! Andrew Arfe, the assistant property manager was so accommodating and responsive. Andrew went above and beyond for my roommates and I throughout our entire lease. He made our experience with Stonehenge and 20 Park so positive. I would recommend 20 Park in a second to anyone looking for an apartment in the area and would 100% move into a Stonehenge building in the future.
They have customer services in other countries that you can not understand when you call. Also, they are unable to help you with a situation and never a supervisor around. Lasted in my area the services is horrible.

The building is great! In addition to be a fabulous location, the gym is nicely situated on the first floor (not the basement). The laundry room is immaculately clean. The service at the building is first rate. The doormen (Clint, Roger, and Kedar) are top shelf. There is a live in handyman, the super and porter are both fantastic. Finally, the property manager Andrew Arfe is super responsive, even on weekends and in the evenings. The leasing experience was pleasant enough. The building has an app which is quite helpful in making service requets, paying rent, tracking packages being held, etc. Overall, I highly recommend.

We are thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Stonehenge Management. Nanci Wagner, our leasing agent is excellent. She has such a positive vibe and is just a pleasure to work with. She is prompt, professional and made the leasing process a breeze for us.
Been living here since 11/9, had many issues such as no hot water, flooding appliances, damage caused by superintendent. Management company is a joke and simply fobs me off and does nothing. Don’t be fooled, Stonehenge management are nice to begin with but do nothing when problems occur. I’ve filed 4 311 complaints in a “luxury” building. Avoid.
We currently live at 20 Park Ave, and absolutely love it here. We are going on our second year and are staying for many reasons, but the main one being the staff that they've put in place to run this building. We adore all of our doormen & women along with the rest of the helpful crew who keep our building clean, comfortable & easy. We also have to give David Goldschmidt, the assistant property manager a shoutout for always being there at the drop of the hat if we have any issues or concerns. I HIGHLY recommend Stonehenge to anyone looking for a great building in a great neighborhood.

The agent is super rude. This management company had the audacity to give back half of security deposit back at the end of my lease. The condition I received the unit in was disgusting with dust accumulated in the kitchen and bathroom for years. I also had 2 ceiling leaks in the bathroom because they do not fix issues, just patch them up. Lived without a ceiling for a full month. Brown water comes out constantly from the pipes....they do not get fixed. Rats and insects running around the basement where the laundry is.
Do not ever rent a property from them. Slime people, worst company. I will be taking action against them.

75 Wall is a beautiful building that has spacious floor plans, clean facilities, attentive management and awesome staff. It is close to all subway lines and neighborhood development is booming. Working in the real estate industry, I believe that this building is a hidden gem amongst all residential buildings in Manhattan.

I am shocked at the disorganization and dishonesty I have encountered at the Trump Hotel Washington DC. My husband said check-in was a nightmare. I sent him a package a day early with specific instructions to deliver to his room. The label had his name, date of arrival, and the group he was traveling with. I called today to see if he was able to pick up the package when he got there as he went straight to conference meetings. No one had a clue about any package... 45 minutes later they told me it was At the front desk because my husband said he would pick it up when he was done with his meeting. That was a lie. My husband was upset after having to verify he never said that. Tonight again they are saying that they have no idea where the package is even though they stated earlier today that it was at the front desk. I am furious. Poorly poorly run hotel. I would expect more from a Trump organization. I still support and love our president, but I hope things do not suffer while he is trying to save the country. It appears that way.
Visited this amazing building that is run by an amazing family. So glad we have you as our president. Keep making America great again.
After expressing my grievances with MM the management and staff really turned things around. They were attentive and while understaffed the staff works so hard. The effort is to be commended and the staff paid raises. My advice to others who have loved ones who require the need to recover in a rehab facility be present. One should be on top of things. Be an advocate!
Obsoluly one 5 star hotel in my book, close to all the city has to offer,the service was impeccable answer all ur questions and very knowledgeable of the current event in the area. Just a one in a life time experience well do it again next year.

The lavish kitchens are adorned with wood lacquer cabinetry, Mont Blanc Agglomerate stone counters, glass tiled backsplash, oak light vanilla wash wood flooring, integrated refrigerator, Electrolux high speed oven, washer and dryer and Bosch gas cooktop.
