This place located on the Hudson River overlooking New York and is a beautiful place.. the sights are amazing and stunning!! I'm not sure how much the rent is in one of these condos but I'm sure they are a pretty buck to rent out!! Lots of people and dogs walking all over the place!!
This place is the WORST! EVERYTHING BREAKS! Cheaply constructed and overpriced rent! THE ELAVATOR HAS BEEN OUT FOR NEARLY TWO MONTHS!!! Save your money and just move to the city you’d get better ammentities! Oh and the gym SUCKS! Awful and old equipment not even the basics for the price this place charges to buy and rent! Also YOU HEAR EVERYTHING!!! The doors have like a 1/4 inch space and you hear your neighbors talking, walking and even chewing! The best thing is the view and convenience which can be found elsewhere! With all the new places being built with better designs and services this place is going to be EMPTY!!!
Horrible place to live, unless you like spending big dollars on energy bills (cold air rushes thru the cheap wood framed windows), like the sound of cars honking all thru the evening, and the unpleasant music blaring all night long from Som Cubano muddled with all the drunks who come pouring out of there. This place is way overpriced. Definitely stay away from any unit facing Son Cubano, especially if you have kids.
