Excellent way to get from NJ to NY and back! We took the City Cruise to Statue of Liberty from NJ, got off in NY. Used Liberty Landing to get back to Liberty State Park. Worked great!!! Only suggestion is better signs on the NY side. Thanks for making our trip easy!!
Such a great place! We love docking our boat, as well as, using the amazing facilities! It’s the best part of our season! Staff was extremely helpful, specifically Margaret. She is always so kind and patient / helpful. She’s the reason we keep renewing!

- currently costs $10 per person each way. You can pay online or pay cash on the boat.
-leaves at least every 60 minutes (though I'd verbally verify that with an employee)
-ride to Manhattan is under 10 minutes.
-if you parked in Statue of Liberty Park, NJ, you probably need to be in the "pay" lot unless you are planning to be back to your car within 2 hours.

I would give 0 stars if possible, rely on this a lot to go to work. Randomly cancel services without announcements, and they have the nerve of increasing the pricing 30% without announcing it. Just a terrible service that keeps getting worse
Live down the street and rely on this to get to work. Unfortunately the service is highly unreliable. Just last night we got stuck on the harbor when the ferry broke down and had to be towed in. Then today service stopped mid afternoon without any communication. If it were not for NY Waterway operating a similar line, people would have a real problem. Although right now I'm not sure how the folks who parked in Liberty State Park this morning are going to be able to get to their cars from Manhattan.
We took the ferry from here our last time into NYC. It was quick & affordable, though oriented towards commuters. The ferries come every half hour I believe, which is nice. It wasn't too busy when we went, and the staff was friendly.
The parking there was reasonable as well and widely available, so I found it to be a very comfortable way to get to NYC for a suburbanite like me that's averse to driving into the city directly.
Would definitely take the service again.

Accommodating costumers here is against the house rules. They would actually send you back home pretending that there is no place to park your boat. Same time half of the Marina parking is empty. Typical NYC service where nobody including management cares. Serviced by people that hate to see you have a good time. Shame to see such thing.
All year round, every half-our, $7 one way, not crowded. Parking another $7. Last ferry back to NJ is around 8pm. Nice view of the NYC downtown.
