The nicest people. Very helpful. Could be a little better organized.
The new owners are wonderful and take time to make sure they understand exactly what you need so they can provide the best service possible. I have been working remotely for the last year and they have been invaluable... Printing brochures, PC use when my laptop crashed. Fixed laptop. Faxes. Chargers and cases and glass protectors.. Sincere, honest and knowledgeable!! Easy to get to from anywhere on UWS.
POOR SERVICE !!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! The man who fixed my sisters iPad was very rude and unprofessional . He fixed one problem with it and created another one , then when informed about it he got mad . Never doing service here again ! Only giving one star because I had too its definitely worth no stars !
Got my phone fixed.. all I can say is they did excellent job and also gave me a good discount.
Warm and friendly, and they do a great job
Perfect place for everything, one stop shop. You can get your phone, computer or tv fixed and also you buy phones in a very cheap price. This is my place for copy and print also and fedex too . I highly recommend everyone.
Their computers are riddled with viruses and spyware and malware. They DO NOT run any virus protection ever. Through a flash drive I used they ruined my laptop with viruses and malware completely ruined my equippment.

After sending via email a print job that I gave them two hours to accomplish they still had not done it. When he told me to resend it from his computer he pushed me when I couldn't bring it up.
