The morning man is extremely rude to customers and other staff. I worry he will become violent. I can't wait for the Parisian replacement to open.

I went to view two different Rudin-managed apartments this week. Both times the Rudin reps left me hanging. First time, Kleo (last name unknown) said she'd leave a key with the doorman at 70 W 93rd but did not. No apology and no explanation. Second time, Damien Palacios stood me up at 241 CPW. So disorganized and disrespectful!

This is how they do business, so it's no wonder their buildings get such poor reviews.

Classic NYC loft building. Used to be Bazzini's nut warehouse (really) and offices. Now home to Sarabeth's Tribeca.
