Volaris Miami

Very slow check in , this people need jet fuel , too much protocol , same thing in Honduras.

There 4 or 5 desk but the persons attending passengers Take too Long and don't have a defined line it seems anyone can jump the queue

I booked a trip to MEX to meet some friends there. I arrive at the airport only to find the flight has been canceled. No email, no text message no phone call.. nothing. They offered to fly me out 4 days later. I'm supposed to get a full refund. And I will. 🙁

Do not recommend this airline is horrible at first you think your saving a few buck but they charge you $ 70 for any personal baggage that's not smaller then a purse. Furthermore the check in is horrific and their web site and app looks like it was created in scratch by a 12 year old it has so many bugs.

I bought a ticket through Frontier for about $35.00 cheaper than on Volaris’ website. Since it was 4, I thought I was saving about $140.00. Boy was I wrong. We were unable to select our seats, we were unable to get our luggage purchased ahead of time and had to pay top dollar. The luggage requirements were different from Volaris to Frontier. Shame on you Volaris for allowing Frontier to sell your tickets and blocking the customers from logging in and purchasing luggage ahead of time and then charging $35.00 - $75.00 for carry on an luggage. It turned out costing more.

VOLARIS should not allow or release tickets to be purchased through any other means and then blocking the customers from allowing us to select seats, pay luggage ahead of time and all charge more as a “consequence” for purchasing from FRONTIER.

My kids (minors) sat with strangers on a 4 hour international flight and I ended up paying way more for luggage on top of the $700.00 plus ticket that I had paid already to a flight to Mexico.

Worst airline ever! We arrived 2 hours ahead and they told us we were too late and that the airline was already closed. 2 HOURS BEFORE!!! Ridiculous. First and last time we try to fly with Volaris. Not only did we loose our flight and money, but when we asked what we could do then, no one could give us an answer and we ended up purchasing a flight ticket from a different airline. Worst airline!!!!

My son(14) traveled as an unaccompanied minor with Volaris. The staff was so friendly and professional I really have to thank them. Carlos&Heidy in the Miami departure process. Sam on the arrival also in Miami.!
My son had a great experience and also I did as checking him in was so easy and stress free.

My flight was cancelled without an explanation. No other flights that day, so my return had to be pushed two days after. This Airline is a JOKE! Avoid at all Cost! Cheaper does mean Worst in this case.
