Not the well-oiled machine I was expecting. We had some problems with luggage. Even though it was checked thru to the final destination, they made us take it and wouldn't recheck it for 4 hours. So, while I wanted to visit the city on my 9-hour layover, I chose not to because I had luggage to deal with. Everyone was pleasant, but they still wouldn't recheck my bags for several hours.

I was most disappointed. I had a Ramen dish that tasted awful. Like it was like it was made with lard. I couldn't finish it. Nice place I just prolly went on the wrong day

I booked a trip to MEX to meet some friends there. I arrive at the airport only to find the flight has been canceled. No email, no text message no phone call.. nothing. They offered to fly me out 4 days later. I'm supposed to get a full refund. And I will. 🙁
