The atmosphere is cosy, and the staff's commitment to craft cocktails and mocktails were truly commendable. The flavours were complex and perfectly balanced.
What stood out the most was the talented mixologist in action, shout-out to Eric! Watching their skillful techniques, speed and creative flair while attention to hosting was so impressive. The attention to detail in each concoction was evident resulting in perfect cocktails.

Highly recommended! Loved the vibe of the place and the cocktails were outstanding. Never thought sumac would go so well with the flavours of a cocktail. The fermented taste in the kombuchita was also very interesting.
Best cocktail experience we had in Paris! I work in hotels and F&B, and Eric showed us the best hospitality I've experienced in some time. Such a wonderful gem of a spot. The drinks were so creative and incredible-- can't wait to come back. Thank you Eric and team!
The cocktails were decent but not especially good. The service was pretty good though.
Being food and drink enthusiasts and hospitality professionals we had a long list of places to go with very little time to cover them so we spent one whole evening hopping from bar to bar. We did Harry's first being the OG then headed to Experimental Cocktail club. We're absolutely in love with the bars and vibes here in Paris. We had a cocktail each (trying to keep it slow so we could go to more places) and they were fantastic. We then asked the bartender to recommend more good cocktail bars and he wrote us a kot full (the order ticket paper). We went to quite a few.
Always a good choice to have your pre- or post-dinner cocktail here. Sitting at the bar, chatting with the bartenders is the best choice for a party of two. Experience No. 1 from the starting days of ECC ist a must-try.
Fabulous bar just off rue de Montorgueil in Paris 2. Intimate, sophisticated setting with low light levels creating a cosy ambience. Noise levels such that you can still have a conversation - a real bonus! Good variety of cocktails with some unusual flavours, and all the drinks we tried had a wonderful depth of flavour. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available. We arrived at 20:30 and were lucky to get a seat at the bar. By the time we left just after 22:00 it was standing room only and they were turning people away. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a visit.
