The worst experience EVER at the clothing store. I bought two polo shirts and washed them at 30 degrees Celsius per the washing instruction on the tag and dried them flat on the drying rack. I tried them on and noticed that one of the shirts was far loose and stretched than the other and looked like a quality issue. Brought it back to the shop, and the rudest reactions from the manager, who immediately started to sniff and touch it as if I were wearing it outside and brought it back. I explained to him and showed him the receipt, and only one of the two had the problem, and it became way longer and stretched out. He said he worked there for 20 years, and this can’t be that way if I were to follow the instruction. I tried to explain it to him about it, and he kept on cutting my words, and he didn’t care about what I was trying to say. I asked the name, and the employees said they didn’t have to give their names and kept refusing to give names. The bottom line is if they represent the ZARA brand’s core values, they should hire the right people who want to take care of customers. He worked for 20 years but still doesn’t seem to know how to d

Long story short. I arrived to Stuttgart yesterday for a 10 days stay for working, having lost my baggage the day before so after working time, I hurried to buy decent clothes for the coming days at office, underwear, etc. I tried to collect as many clothes as possible in different shops.
At 19:50 entered at Zara, check for everything quickly and ran to the fitting room with one trouses when the employees said to me that they were about to close in a couple of minutes and I have no time left. Specially one of them, showed openly didn't care for my desperate face and me begging to let me try only one piece, he invited me to leave the shop. His reaction after my disgruntled reaction was laughing at me. Is this the way of dealing with customers? They don't care for the firm they work, a good salesman would have left me try and purchase the trouses but he doesn't care for Zara a thing.
In Spain or the United Arab Emirates where I live, this employee wouldn't last more than one week working with such attitude. Shame!
Tomorrow I'd have to continue shopping, I know where I shouldn't go.

Expensive I will say, make sure you got money Haha, their clothes are off the chain, great place to shop for sure. Guys, please go there and take a look.
