Landmark Group

This is one of the iconic building in Tecom hosting the Landmark Group head office. 27 story building Construction began in 2013 and was completed by 2016. This premise hosts Landmark group own VIVA in the ground floor along with coffee and a restuarant in ground floor. this building has a state of the art security system for visitors and employees. Floors are occupied by non landmark as well. You get a fantastic view of shaik zayed road and marina from this building.

You have to monitor customer service of your stores. We have placed order in Home Box Ibn Battuta store on 22.10. The item (mattress) supposed to be delivered on 30.10. We have got the call on 29.10 that item is out of stock. How is it even possible? 1 day before the delivery. How they could have sold the item which is out of stock then? In addition to that, the sales associate in store informed us that the mattestes are custom made. Now they say it’s out of stock. It means they are not providing customers with a true information. When we called call center for the solution, they don’t have it. We placed order, paid money, we’re sleeping on the couch all these time and now they are saying that there is no solution. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this negligence and lack of service and respect! No one cares about the customer! No one even tried to help and to come up with a solution! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Would never buy something from them again

Landmark building front of the Sheikh Zayed Road

One of the top building for commercial space which i have come across. The facilities which the building is providing to there tenants is just unbelievable.

Customer service are useless and never help.. I have been calling the call center for more than 2 months now for several refunds that are pending from splash and never get it resolved.. I have more thank 1000AED not transferred yet to my bank. I have raised a case against splash with consumer right as those return was from June and july. Nobody cars even to call back

I quite saw a bunch of offices in Dubai thanks to my work and i can comment with 100% honesty that Landmark group’s office is definitely somewhere that i would be happy to work in :)
