Customer service are useless and never help.. I have been calling the call center for more than 2 months now for several refunds that are pending from splash and never get it resolved.. I have more thank 1000AED not transferred yet to my bank. I have raised a case against splash with consumer right as those return was from June and july. Nobody cars even to call back
