Breathtaking place. That's the best description that suits this place. Buy your tickets for the citywalls here by the way

Super friendly and helpful workers. They sold us the Castle tickets without waiting lines and recommended us how to proceed. Working with a smile. Perfect language. We also got a game for kids to visit the Cité. Our kid had tons of fun looking for the Dame Carcas pigs and got her deserved gift!

I liked the posters they had better than any of the many souvenir shops around town. 🙈🙊 Very friendly and informative at the desk too.

We got Julien - he was wonderful. Informative, funny, passionate, made it interactive. Might be the best tour guide I've ever had.

Opens at 9:30am. Found the women to be helpful. Spanish, French and English spoken. Booked a virtual headset experience which was done in their shop at the back. Only disappointment was the 2nd headset experience was only available in French and the women didn't tell us this. (the how they lived one). When told this slightly before by a man working there we asked if we could have a refund then and he said no. So we did it anyway. I did enjoy the virtual experiences but it's a shame we didn't know about the language barrier beforehand.

We took the guided tour in Spanish and we loved it. Good value for money. Our guide, Rémy, was very informative and funny, and kept the visit interesting by interacting with us constantly, quizzing us, telling jokes, etc. My suggestion is that they start using microphones (the kind with individual audio receivers), because if the group is big and there's lots of tourists around, it's difficult to hear the guide sometimes.

The staff at the office itself were also very professional and nice, and gave us all kinds of information, maps and leaflets.

Complete disaster. We asked for a tour in Spanish and were told to come tomorrow but had to book in advance.
On arrival we asked were our tour started and were told to wait at a waiting spot. 10 minutes after the tour should have started, we went back inside only to find out that the tour wasnt scheduled for today
We asked for a refund and were told to leave our bank details and a refund would be made in a couple of days. Another couple got free tickets for the castle but we had seen it so nocompensation for us and a maybe refund in a few days
