Super friendly and helpful workers. They sold us the Castle tickets without waiting lines and recommended us how to proceed. Working with a smile. Perfect language. We also got a game for kids to visit the Cité. Our kid had tons of fun looking for the Dame Carcas pigs and got her deserved gift!
