ウミガメのスープなど、スペシャリテが多様にあり、クラシカルフレンチなら激推しのお店。
お店に行くとシャガールの絵画がお出迎えしてくれます。
一つ一つが、古典的手法で、現代的な表現もあり、最高です。
それぞれの料理が素晴らしいのはもちろんですが、驚きは「ワイン」です。
ワインはかなりリーズナブルです。
これはいいワインが流通価格より安めに提供されるという意味です。
なぜこんなに安いのですか？と質問すると、横浜市の方に巨大倉庫があり、その年のワインを大量に仕入れているとのことです。
それを購入時の値段で提供するように努力しているとのこと。
優しすぎる…
ちなみにルフレーブのシュヴァリエモンラッシェを頼んだ時は価格が安くてびっくりして、思わずオーダーしてしまいました。
ワインだけを買いにくるお客様もいるとか。
これだけ客に尽くしていただける姿勢は嬉しいです。

この日は私と友達2人の誕生日祝いで伺いました。
担当してくださったスタッフの方が感じが良く
最初から最後まで幸せな気分で食事ができました。
料理はもちろん美味しくて絶品。
デザートワゴンも綺麗で、お腹いっぱいでしたが
しっかり食べ、最後にお誕生日のケーキまでいただきました。
雰囲気も良く、まるで美術館の様です。

Such a nice experience...we had a beautiful lunch a la carte which i'm glad we chose and i can't wait for the next visit in the evening for a dinner!!
