It’s been years since shopping at this fast fashion store. I went with my sister since she young and wanted to shop. The cashier was very pushy when it came to sharing an email with them, I said no again and again and he kept pushing stating that I would lose my receipt and that I should have a spam email. Then finally when I got him to stop he still forced me to give him a name. After that he then try to sell me on the credit card, when stated no several time only then did he stop and allowed someone else to take over. It reminded me why I don’t shop here. I hate how much the companies force their workers to sign up as many people as they can. Over all just TERRIBLE customer service from the cashiers.
Not once did someone even acknowledge that I was in the store. I was there for over an hour.
Also, I would have appreciated being told that their systems are down and can’t take gift cards or store credit transactions right now.
It’s common courtesy to let your shoppers know BEFORE they get to the check out.

My experience here was amazing this evening. Elizabeth took care of us and made sure we we got everything done that we came for. Thanks Elizabeth for your wonderful customer service and making our day. Definitely recommend!!
Nastiest store of any type I’ve ever experienced! Go to H&M, they’re on point.
This store stressed me out. Yes, its prices are decent. But there are a million women in this store, young and old. Hauling around everything from a 2 year old with poopy pants to a grandma parked on a scooter waiting patiently.
The racks are an absolute wreck, in fact, the entire store is a wreck. Clothes are all over the floor. There's no rhyme or reason to their floor setup.
The checkout line and the dressing rooms are the only organization this store has.
The employees at checkout were obviously frazzled from the sheer number of people, but still friendly.

No matter what, if you take your wife, girlfriend shopping here she will choose something because it might be pretty, cheap, unique or all of above. The store is very informal, you will not find the dresses they show on line but very comfortable outfits (not for work).
The favorite store of young generation as evident from its name. They have large variety of clothing, bags and pirses, womenswear and accessories, fashion shoes and so on. The store is nicely clean and organized. The staff is always well dressed, courteous and helpful. The prices are little high but with ongoing sales around the year it becomes affordable.
The stores was some what dirty. The clothes were on the floor and the sizes were mixed up. The clearance section was limited. I did find a black pleather jacket for $20 bucks, and a coat for $12.
