01/06/2024 update: as my husband and I enjoy RA sushi, we go there to celebrate all our big and small accomplishments. Our experience here Thursday evening was AMAZING! We were greeted as we walked in, got seated, and then that’s when Husam (Sam) came to introduce himself to us. Such a sweet guy with a sweet smile and very friendly attitude. We genuinely enjoyed our night and JUST for this experience we decided to give this location the 5 stars it deserves. Thank you for making our evening Hussam. We will be back. ♥️

Previous experience: Our experience a few weeks ago -> The food, cleanliness, quality was excellent. However, the service was very off. Seemed like every staff member that we encountered this evening had an unnecessary attitude. We were greeted late, the manager Melissa had a very disappointing attitude with us within the first few encounters, and our server was wasn’t attentive either. We have definitely had better experiences and just to think about our last interaction - super disappointing. We had come in celebrating a big night and it was very conveniently disrupted by the manager and the server.

This location is by far my favorite location. Clean location, helpful and friendly staff, and quality food! We love the seared tuna, chicken fried rice, and spicy Cali roll. Breanna tonight in specific was very sweet and helpful. Definitely would recommend this location!

My experience here was amazing this evening. Elizabeth took care of us and made sure we we got everything done that we came for. Thanks Elizabeth for your wonderful customer service and making our day. Definitely recommend!!

The variety and quality is excellent here. 5/5 for that! However, the service here is not so great. Overheard the associate rudely complaining about a customer. Maintain some respect for the customers here. Be humble and nice. It’s the least you can do in a company that is capable of quality. Invest in a better staff here.

The service here by Noman was great. He seemed to be the most helpful and friendly compared to the other entire staff there. Great deals, clean store, and a lot of variety! Would definitely recommend!

I must say this is the BEST Express location HANDS DOWN! Rudy was such a great help, he went back probably 10 times to get us different sizes and colors. He was excellent help and super friendly! I couldn’t have been more satisfied spending $$$ here. Rudy is doing a wonderful job managing the store and taking care of his customers. Excellent staff, clean, and organized!
