Good, warm welcome.. Had an amazing breakfast here by smiling waitrons. Restaurant was clean and well run. Good vibes and good food to start the day. Service was excellent. Sunday mornings are Spur mornings. Thank you.
Was served by someone named Happy. She said she is the manager. Extremely rude person. Out of all the spurs I've been too, this one needs to train their staff. Happy was also shouting at the other younger waitresses in front of everyone.
Not a Spur I would recommend having such a rude manager like Happy. This rude manager was also our waiter. The atmosphere isn't nice. I definitely won't visit this branch again.

A splendid first experience at Spur with my daughter. The waitresses were so friendly and greeted us with a smile. They checked up on us regularly without being a disturbance, the food was delicious 😋 and I would definitely visit Spur Oceans again.
I must commend the child care staff, Nonhlanhla was an absolute star, my daughter being the only child there had a ball of a time. Spur management should acknowledge the efforts made by the child care team, as it give us parents peace of mind knowing their kids are happy and safe. Even past experiences at this branch was amazing in this regard. They even have wrist bands and electronic tags for identification. Well done!

A warm welcome from the door by waiters, great service and the Manager walks around to check customers. Waiter was professional and kept on checking whether we are still fine. Food was great, I was abit disappointed that liquor wasn't sold yet. I was looking forward to the strawberry daiquiri.
The meals were delicious but the service wasn’t the best.
When we arrived, the restaurant was on the busy side and we were put on the second floor (just up some stairs). Because of this, I felt like we weren’t being served very promptly. Even to get the bill, nobody was coming to us so we had to go down and ask for it.
Our assigned waitress also never came to us at all, others had to fill in and apologised to us. Towards the end of our stay, the restaurant was quiet so it’s not like they we’re busy and couldn’t attend to us.
Food wise, everything was served quite hot and I’ll give the food 5 stars.

One of the highest standards ever at a spur restaurant, fresh succulent food. The most tidy and organized. The Service rendered by kwanele was among the best service rendered in any restaurant visited in a long time. It was the quickest service and most precise service ever! Seeing that we visited during peak hours and having our waiter and the branch manager check on us regularly to make sure everything was going well made a world of a difference!
Keep it up guys, this is definitely going to be our go to spur💪🏼And most definitely our best spur experience by far.
