An absolutely amazing location with great scenery.

The restaurant also has some really delicious meals available.

Service is quite bad though!
In terms of service, the waiters seem to ignore you. They don't care to approach or have a smile, and it's hard to get their attention. We had to go to the counter to find out how to make an order and even then, they weren't very pleasant

Meals were absolutely delicious and the location was really nice. It's a neat restaurant with ample seating and is very classy.

Service was also quite impressive and when we had an issue, they resolved it quite promptly.

The meals were delicious but the service wasn’t the best.

When we arrived, the restaurant was on the busy side and we were put on the second floor (just up some stairs). Because of this, I felt like we weren’t being served very promptly. Even to get the bill, nobody was coming to us so we had to go down and ask for it.

Our assigned waitress also never came to us at all, others had to fill in and apologised to us. Towards the end of our stay, the restaurant was quiet so it’s not like they we’re busy and couldn’t attend to us.

Food wise, everything was served quite hot and I’ll give the food 5 stars.

A very well run service in Vienna. It’s prompt and easy to use for tourists/those wanting to get to the airport.

Their are other alternate trains that can be used, but this is by far the most convenient but it does come at a price.

The trains are very clean and the workers are friendly

My review here is mainly about the service received.

Nobody spoke to us when we arrived. We eventually just went inside and chose a seat. Normally someone would take you to a table. We had to wait a bit to receive some service. The waiter also missed certain things like when I asked for water - we ended up just leaving it.

With regards to the food, there was no option to have the fish and chips grilled, which is quite odd.
