First and foremost please make a reservation as this place tends to go busy and you might not be as lucky as I was to get a free table around 9pm on a Saturday night - kudos to the great and welcoming manager!

The atmosphere is great, without ubiquitous ambient music. Staff is really helpful and helps in navigating the menu.

All cold meze and hot starters were great. We especially liked muhammara, hummus and fried zucchini chips. Those were truly the highlight of the night. Main courses are good, but did not much the high set bar by starters.

Overall, I can recommend visiting this place

Si buscas un restaurante cuya relación calidad/precio sea buena sin duda es este. Local ideal, súper bien decorado. Buen ambiente, buen servicio. Tienen una pequeña terraza rodeada de plantas para aislarte del tráfico de Estambul y que hace su labor perfectamente. Carta corta pero con platos muy muy buenos y disponen de una barra con otras opciones que puedes pedir fuera de carta. Todo lo que tomamos diferente y muy bueno, con especial mención a las de licias del Sultán, que no sabía lo qué era cuando lo pedí y realmente me encantó. Pagar 38€ por comer dos personas en un Big gourmant era algo que no pensaba posible y aquí lo fue.

Whenever we go to Istanbul we try to stop by there and have a dinner. The meze selection is always good & rich and everything is so fresh and tasty. Highly recommend if you add Galataport into your places to visit and after here you can go to Karakoy Gulluoglu for baklava.

This restaurant was really lovely! Everything tasted delicious. We were here for the first time and left very happy after the meal. Both the drinks (we had cocktails) and the meze, hot dishes, and dessert were very well done.

I recommend to try ..my opinion is that a good place to eat , with good and bads ! Beautiful noisy atmosphere 🤣
We passed in two different evenings without reservation we were greeted with great hospitality!

Nice vibes here and delicious, fresh food. Only had mezes because we ordered so much. The hint of chilli oil on the hummus was fantastic. Great wine selection too and good service

This is more of a drinks / smoke and talk with some light bites type of place. Atleast in my opinion rather than a large dinner, although there were full course meals available. The food and portion sizes were good.

Pros:
- good decor, upmarket
- ask to sit outside if possible, much nicer atmosphere on a nice day
- try getting a few smaller plates to share and order more if possible

Cons:
- on a late night can get noisy from nearby bars / disco, also adds to the atmosphere so depends if you like it or not. I was ok with it.

My all time favourite restaurant in Istanbul, their mustard sea bass is by far the best.

Due to the some reason though they had to change locations and thus their beloved turquoise tiles were gone but still, always good fresh food, great friendly welcoming service and a nice atmosphere.
