efficient&clean. transport for NSW tap on and off is possible with credit card at no extra charge - marvellous! airport link carriages have good layout: more space for luggage near doors. but price seems disproportionately higher than other NSW services, hence only 4⭐⭐⭐⭐
Big thanks to the lady working who asked us if we were wanting to return to the airport later only to not tell us that the trains were stopping. Had to pay the taxi a fair chunk just to get back. Do better.
I've never been to or heard of an airport that charges for transfers between domestic and international terminals. Absolutely ridiculous to do that. Cost more to transfer terminals than to take a 2 hour train ride from Sydney Central to the Blue Mountains.
Prompt and polite security checkin service with comfortable sitting areas. Good views throughout the terminal for some plane spotting!
If you are travelling from Sydney CBD the train is quick. If you are more than one person and not in a hurry try and take a bus. The fare is $20.45 so if you are a family look at other means to get you to the airport. The station is clean and there are plenty of trains from CBD. I feel it is a little (or a lot) overpriced considering you only spend minutes there considering you can train your way to the Southern Highlands for less than $10.
Profit driven airport, leading to customer disappointment. For starters, slow service counter at the airport, the queue is almost not moving. To just weight your luggage you need to pay $2 to weigh 1 luggage. The washroom are badly maintained, and the service crews are not wearing their mask proper, if they gonna wear their mask without covering the nose, might as well don’t wear? I’m not trying to be mean.. but it’s just facts. Anyway the 1 star is for the profit driven airport service, huge disappointment after such an lovely trip. Bad way to end a holiday.
Spacious airport with lots of selection of food at food court (breakfast, coffee, bakery, Japanese Sushi, Aussie food, and more...)

Worst experience ever I had at international airport, no organisation, no arrangements, no maintenance, very smelly, noisy, disgusting airport. People gets treated like animal here. If you have connecting flight via Sydney, strictly recommended to think again. If you are travelling in the night, it will turn in to nightmare. Compared to Perth airport, Sydney airport is just nothing. So disgusting place. So sad, not so many people could realise this unfortunate thing. So sad
