I’m not sure what to put for the service since everything is pretty much automated, except for payment. The limited time specials are good and fresh, especially the puffer fish, there’s 2 belt serving food around the table, one is the generic ones and the higher/2nd belt is the express lane that serves your order. Preparation is fast and food is decent. Recommended

Honestly I’m quite disappointed in the cafe. I’ll break down what’s good and the room for improvement. The coffee is not bad, the service of the staff is quite good too, that’s a plus point, curry is not bad but a little salty. The room for improvement are the dishes, I ordered the bento & sando, the miso soup for the bento taste like soya sauce with water and a little miso, I’m not sure what they are going for but it definitely taste weird, the scramble eggs are overcook as well. As for the sando, they did a great American sandwich but that is no sando, it’s a slim toast with cheese and ham, as a sandwich, it’s good but if you’re craving for a Japanese sando, you’re in a wrong place. And, the stairs is way too steep, not only is it hard to get up, it’s dangerous to come down too.

Profit driven airport, leading to customer disappointment. For starters, slow service counter at the airport, the queue is almost not moving. To just weight your luggage you need to pay $2 to weigh 1 luggage. The washroom are badly maintained, and the service crews are not wearing their mask proper, if they gonna wear their mask without covering the nose, might as well don’t wear? I’m not trying to be mean.. but it’s just facts. Anyway the 1 star is for the profit driven airport service, huge disappointment after such an lovely trip. Bad way to end a holiday.
